I have a severe dairy allergy and I always ask for no whip and soy milk. At least 1/3 drink I get has whip cream in it. When I... catch it I ask for another, but sometimes I think they mix it in bc I'll find bits of it throughout. When they don't add thewhip the drinks are good, but not good enough to get sick and end up missing work over. Super good everytime it's made right. Ijust watch them closely now. Read more
This specific location continues to be out of just about everything on their menu. After waiting 20+ minutes in line for my... wife, it is a bit frustrating not being able to surprise her with her favorite drink. The workers here are amazing. If you aregoing to be out of this many products I suggest placing multiple signs in the drive thru. No one wants to wait that long to betold you don't have that product available. The drive-thru is a complete bottleneck no matter when you go. I just don't go anymore because I can't sit there for 15-25... minutes. They need to open another Starbucks out here because that one is overwhelmed. Read more
