Got a tall Carmel crunch, pup cup and a pumpkin muffin. They seemed frustrated at the window. They couldn't hear on the mic.... Gave me a Carmel Frappuccino without the toffee topping I asked to have it in a small cup since they already handed me the drinkbut then came back and said it's all out. Read more
Friendly, fast service with a smile. Atmosphere is great and the place is always clean. I'd happily give Starbucks 5 stars if... only they'd figure out a way to mark a designated drive thru line, so patrons who lack common sense don't feel the need to cutin front of several patrons who are already waiting in line. We planned on going through the drive thru because we have kids in the car and it's sprinkling... But the drive thru was... horrible... So unintuitive... we had to actually leave the parking lot, turn across traffic, and turn back into the parking lot.I ended up just ordering on my app and going in to pickup the order. Also no one greeted me when I walked in. Hubby says there'sno Caramel on the top of his caramel macchiato and he's being pretty basic about it ("it's the whole point of a caramelmacchiato... otherwise it's just a macchiato!!") which is making me laugh so they get 3 stars instead of 2.
