I took my daughter, and 2 sons their, I understand covid did a lot to places. The menu is half of what it was, prices are twice... as much! That wasn't my problem! The problem was, if they where short staffed let me know before allowing me to sit down, seebugs craving all over the place, tables not cleaned. Went to get a pop from their self serve area.. the ice machine wouldn'twork, the pepsi fountain sprayed all over my hand and the cups to the left of me.. and was flatter then a pop bottle in the backof truck going up a mountain! When we received out food it wasn't even right! Steak and shake use to be a great place to go, nowit's trash! So sad that a lot of the good places are going out of business but I don't recommend going to this one, was verygross! Read more
This place sucks! Have to put your own order in and it ask if you want to leave a tip? Tables were all dirty had to beg a few... times to get a clean one. Paper straws are terrible. Seems pretty woke in there. Read more
It feels like over half of the menu I expect from a Steak and Shake just isn't there anymore. The food is not as good at this... location as I expect from the chain, and even though you have to order in the drive-thru for burgers with lots of sauce, theydidn't even give as many napkins as there were sandwiches. I miss what this chain used to be, but I wouldn't stop by thislocation again. Read more
App doesn't work, took over half an hour to get our food with few other customers. Food looked hastily thrown together.
Not sure if I'll order milkshakes from here again. I ordered food from this location off Uber Eats. While the steakburger and... fries I got were good, I found this disgusting thing in my milkshake. It's yellow and chewy, and I didn't realize it was inthere until I took a bite of my shake. Never tasted like it was a part of the ice cream either. I already got the situationfigured out with Uber, but this was from the restaurant. I don't know what this is, but this is just absolutely disgusting. Read more
The Frisco melts are to die for. I absolutely love them! I don?t really care for the fries cause they are always a bit hard but... by the time I finish a frisco melt I?m not really hungry for them anyways. My kids love trying all the different shakes andburgers though. So far we have not found any burger that we don?t like. Read more
Though this used to be our favorite burger place it is quickly and steadily falling from favor. Here on a Saturday night after... the dinner rush and the place is half empty but ALL the vacated tables are dirty. My family waited for a table only becausethey had to wait for me to come out of the restroom. The family of six in front of us had been ignored for so long that theyleft. When the busser cleaned the table they did not bother to clean the far end of the table leaving debris and garbagebehind. Then we discovered the disaster under the table. There is, because I'm looking at it right now, pieces of burger, moregarbage and a lime wedge under my daughter's feet. JUST now - after being here for 25 minutes - they are starting to clean thefirst of the 15 dirty tables. The bathrooms are filthy, as is the dining room, they ran out paper towels in the bathroom andthe garbage cans were overflowing. We noticed on the floor under the table there was bits of food and garbage under mydaughter's feet. All this makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It's a huge warning sign. Read more
Stopped to grab dinner from here. Got a steak burger, fries, large coke and a Frisco melt. Everything was really good. The fries... were perfectly cooked and salted. I wish they cut their Frisco melts like they used to, but overall the food was great. Servicewas good as well, everyone was friendly and helpful. Read more
