The staff at this location have always been very rude.. but this visit was the worst and our last!! First they tell me we can't... change what cheese or toppings go on my sandwich but offered my husband anything he wants (we ordered the same sandwich) wastold I would have to get a different sandwich, so I did and got half the meat supposed to go on it, and then she tried to chargeme for the original sandwich that was higher priced.. then the final straw was they refused to accept cash as payment.. said shecouldn't take 2 $20 bills for our $30 check.. insisted that we used a card.... So my first time in this subway was not the best, the food was great! But 1 employee was talking very derogatorily to another... employee and I just felt it was not very professional and it didn?t need to happen in front of customers, it made me feel veryuncomfortable and the environment just felt very negative and awkward, and I just felt really bad for the girl she was talkingto and felt she didn?t deserve to be talked to that way! Subway has been terrible throughout the pandemic, but I wanted to give the new club a try so I left good judgement behind and... headed in. Skimped on everything; every sauce, every vegetable, EVEN THE LETTUCE. The bread was under baked. The meats wereflavorless, even the bacon. Went there for lunch today. I ordered a Ham sandwich with light lettuce, Extra tomatoes, onions, green peppers, salt and pepper... and light mayonnaise. I got a sandwich with 4 pieces of meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, some onions, and salt and pepper. Mindyou I asked for extra tomatoes 4 times. I just got back from Subway and ordered three footlongs. To which were wrong . They weren't rap correctly . I asked for light on... teriyaki sauce and there was so much on there I think it was done maliciously I try not to order any food from downtown fortWayne unless it's double dragon. Read more
