Really?! They literally threw my burrito supreme in the bag like this, so disgusting. Whoever worked on Halloween night at this... location around 11:40pm, shame on you. Cheesy gordita crunch barely had any meat in it and we ended up throwing the whole orderaway and wasting money. I can't fathom how someone can treat people's food this way, so gross. Read more
Maybe if 4 kids weren't up playing at the window our entire order wouldn't have been messed up. Ended up throwing most of it... away. If I didn't have to be up at 2am for work this food would have all been taken back in and would have demanded every dimeback. Will never eat there again! Read more
Where to begin, I wish I could do no stars on this location, stood there and waited for over 15 mins and never was acknowledged... by a single employee. All of the lights at the counter were dark the signs were not on and felt pushed to order at the kioskwhich does not allow to pay with cash. The employees that were making the food for other orders continued to ?peek? over orunder the equipment and continued to stare at us but we were never acknowledged. If it is now Taco Bell?s way to have thecustomer use the kiosk then I will no longer be going to Taco Bell anywhere but I do not appreciate not even being acknowledged.The ?manager? on duty continued to peek out of the office but then would go right back in. They were having more fun talking toeachother than doing their job. Obviously this location must not mine or the rest of my families money bad enough to service us. Read more
Absolutely the worst taco bell experience I have ever had. No lettuce on the tacos. Dried burnt steak quesadilla. Was very... excited to see the Mexican pizza back but it was also some how soggy and dry. So very disappointed. Read more
(9/17, 5pm) I made a complex order that got messed up (lots of alterations). I went inside to inform employees and they remade... them all. Was really happy that they were understanding and didn?t seem annoyed. I know complex orders are annoying, but theywere very kind with the situation. They even opted for me to take home the bag of mistakes or throw it away themselves. I wishthat wasting food wasn?t their only option. Ty for the good food and good experience. Edit: 4 days later and they messed upfood again. I even preordered on app. Can your employees read? One taco had most of the meat on the outside of the shell andanother only had a tiny bit of meat only in the middle. Read more
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Our power went out tonight from a bad storm. We had a house full of hungry kids.. so we thought we'd get... Taco Bell for dinner. I placed the order and paid on the website. As soon as I submitted the order it said it was ready. When wegot there our order was missing items and the food was cold. It wasn't even warm. They seemed to have kids running the place andthe "Assistant GM ????" didn't offer to make the food fresh and told me I'd have to call customer support to get a refund. Hetold me to search the number online. No apologies, no help. One of the cashier's had his underwear showing as he was sagging hispants. Some workers weren't in uniform (very tacky) one worker had on blue latex gloves and was up front touching everything andthen going in the back to make people's food with the same contaminated blue gloves. The "Assistant GM" had a long afro with nohair net on.. This place needs some serious attention. Read more
Spent $30 for 2 chalupas, 2 cheesy gordita crunches, and 2 Mexican pizzas. This was the best of the bunch. Didn't even put 9/10... of the food in and actually gave me a chalupa with 1 piece of chicken and 5 shreds of cheese. Read more
Every taco shell was broken, food just thrown in the bag. Most tacos had been under portioned in beef, only edible thing was the... chx quesadilla. Not happy I'll just go somewhere else next time. Read more
