Doing GrubHub .. very disappointed in service at this location. It being 9 and lobby was closed due to low staff but four people... twiddling there thumbs and no sign to say lobby is closed. an extremely long wait for the order. guy literally said they had toget normal orders out first witch makes no sense to me. Also had no pep in his step and was going as slow as I think possible.Not impressed Read more

This store overall is a joke. Multiple times I have tried to order here just for my order to sit there or something for an hr.... And after an hr or so they supposedly cancel due to store being closed even when theyre suppose to be open for another hour. Ifeel like those who work there are just lazy and don't want to do their job. Read more

I'm going to describe about a dozen of my recent awful experiences. I'm not insane. I don't go to this place expecting great,... or even "not bad" service. Is there a policy to wait until a delivery person is there to pick up the order before they startmaking it? And then to wait an additional 20 minutes before finding the time to put it together? Are they so arrogant to thinkthat they can whip it together that quickly? That would be fine, if they were able to do that even 40% of the time. But no,they're arrogance is not earned. They cannot whip up orders consistently and in a timely fashion as evidenced by their terribleand consistent quality of performance. Again this did not happen to me one time, this exact thing has happened to me many timesin the past few months at several local locations, including this one. It would almost seem like the major problem is theyfocus exclusively on the drive through (which you're "not allowed" to use instead to pick up your order) and pretend the peopleat the counter don't exist. And it's not just me standing there, every time I go there's at least half a dozen other people whoare standing there being completely ignored. Are they understaffed? If that's the case then shouldn't they close the lobbyand/or say in their delivery apps that they're not taking deliveries at the moment? Isn't that what you're supposed to do whenyou're understaffed, But you still want to be open? Isn't that the responsible, respectful, reasonable thing to do? How muchself-respect do these people expect their customers to have that they're going to wait that long for their orders or deliverypickups? How much disdain and disrespect is part of their customer service recipe? Are they wanting the people to leave and goto some other place instead? If that was the case, It would be nice if they would at least say so instead of abusivelyneglecting their customers for long periods of time with, what would appear to be, impunity. These are not cheese roll ups I don?t know what to say never ordering from you guys again???? There we?re loads of tomatoes and... lettuce on these and I?m allergic so I check them but there is so much I can?t eat it waste of money???? Read more

Worst service ever maybe. Order wasn't correct. Looked n sounded like a party going on inside. Asked for soft shell rather than... hard shell that meal came with n got hard shell instead n asked to add a soft taco Supreme n got a soft shell taco, not Supreme.Mtn dew tasted like diet n when calling to inform em no answer. Will definitely never go back to that location anyway. Read more

I've had many issues with this location, and normally I let it be but I'm bothered by what I received. Ordered through door... dash, had issues and my order was cancelled to no fault of taco bell. Reordered my food and at this point it's an hour laterthan when it should have been here due to door dash mess up. My food was cold and ice was melted in my drink. I fully believethey set it aside and sent the cold food when I reordered. They should have remade my food. Taco bell is not a place that foodreheats and is still good. They need to do better. This was a conscious decision someone there made. I don't understand why thefood wasn't thrown out when the order was cancelled to begin with. Read more

Stopped in at Taco Bell on North Coliseum this afternoon. We got a to-go order for a Beef chalupa supreme, three hard shell taco... Supremes and a small Pepsi with some mild salsa packs added. They were a little busy it took approximately 9 minutes to get inand out for our to go order at the window. The girl at the window was very polite. The total cost was just under $12 Uponexamining our order. The food was hot. There was a hearty amount of meat and lettuce and cheese and toppings that were allfresh. We were given an ample supply of sauce packs. The soda was fresh with plenty of fizz. A decent but not extravagant amountof ice. We actually measured our small soda which was a surprising one cup and 3/4. Nearly two cups for a small which is prettygood. Overall it was a delicious meal. My only mistake was not buying more.
