I was here to pick up food for doordash. As most fast food joints welcome pick up in drive through when they're not busy, this... was my first choice. I was rudely told I had to come inside. As there was 1 car in front of me, I had to back out of theirimpossible drive through. I went inside. The orders hadn't been started yet . I wait. 2 cars pull into drive through. A greasylooking bag of food was flopped onto the counter . Staff proceeded to tend to the drive through orders. I tried t9 ask about myother order. I was ignored. I unassigned these deliveries. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that should have been quick and easy. Had to put my car in park MULTIPLE... times as I was waiting for so long. My food was cold when I recieved it and I wasted my 30 minute lunch waiting in a line thatwas supposed to be "fast". No sense of urgency or care for people time. Read more
Worst experience at a taco bell ever. And that's saying something, as expectations are pretty low already. Staff cursing,... threatening guests with violence, and breaking so many health codes I couldn't keep track (picking up items off the floor andusing them, rubbing hands through hair and then making food, etc) the majority of my experience was being the ONLY customer inthe building, and watch 5 people take 21 minutes to make my three items, which, we're made incorrectly!! I am not one to usuallygo to corporate but I will on this occasion. Read more
I waited for over twenty minutes before I had to leave without the food that I'd paid for, because they couldn't get it out in... time. People who'd ordered before me were still waiting when I left. They weren't even busy, they were just that terrible. Read more
I came late on a Friday night. I knew it would be busy and that was ok. Our order was incorrect but when I called the manager... Chase was awesome and polite and took care of the issues I had. I know it's hard to do this type of work being short staffed orwith new staff. Rude and impatient customer's don't understand they aren't going to get their food any faster by being jerks. Ijust wanted to recognize this managers patience and professionalism even after dealing with a chaotic rush. Read more
Manager pictured could be over heard mocking customers, being extremely rude to employees, also was handling her cell phone with... gloves on and continued to handle food after without changing gloves. Cell phones are seriously covered in germs and extremelydisgusting. Also you only fold a burrito like this if you want all the contents to come out. Definitely won't be back to thislocation. The place was empty when we got in. They do have a self service machine inside. The place wasn't very clean. I always think that... uniforms for those that provide/make food are always clean and neat looking for a food industry. It's not my preferred place toeat or dine in but, a take out would be better. Rude customer service. Thats what happens when you hire random people instead of really doing your research.. plenty of places... for rude people to work that doesn't involve customer service... there is also other places to eat and this taco bell wontgetting my money anymore.
