I went in to order food and, at first, they gave me entirely the wrong order. I then went in and ask him to fix it, so they said... they did. When I got home, I was missing half of my nacho fry box, including the nacho fries which is what I was looking forwardto most. I will never go back to this restaurant and I would call corporate, but they were closed and when I tried to call thestore, their phone was turned off. What a terrible company, don't ever eat here. I come through this Taco Bell all the time most of the time everybody is really nice. Today I had a bad experience the hat fat... Heifer that was at the drive-through if looks could of killed I?d been dead because I asked for some extra hot sauce and Ididn?t get a fork or a napkin and then she gave me another dirty look. So I called the manager skip he?s no help either he mustbe afraid of her. He didn?t say sorry for your service or anything like oh OK no problem seriously are these the only kind ofpeople we can get to work at Taco Bell the owner needs to do something about these kind of people Fire them. zero stars Read more
Swear, I'm making the drive to Illinos Road from now on. This location ALWAYS forget items. Their profits gotta be through the... roof for all the food I pay for, but they never give me. Today it was my steak chulpa! They almost forgot my drinks to from mymobile order. I try not to get mad, because I know fast food is rough, but I can only over look it so many times before I cannever go back. Doesnt matter the day or the shift. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Twice I have driven off without ordering from the drive thru because the lady who works at night is so rude and... disrespectful. First time we just wanted drinks and she said it was a waste of her time so we drove off. Tonight she said theycan only make soft and hard tacos (because they're always out of everything even though the Taco Bell 2 minutes away seems to befine?) Anyway, I asked if they had the potatoes for the soft taco and she told me to "be quiet and listen." Really? Son and I stopped to grab a bite to eat after work. The food was good and my drink was wrong but that's okay. What I wasn't... happy with is the whole place was ran by teenagers. Now I have teenagers so that didn't bug me just there was no supervisor totell them to talk to the customer. That they were yelling and talking to each other. When it came to talking to customers theyjust pushed your food out the window and couldn't say anything. Like here is your food, thank you for coming, good bye, enjoynothing was said. Just to busy yelling at coworkers then shut the door. Even my 15 year old was saying that's rude. No theyweren't talking about work stuff I totally understand that can happen. It?s a hit and miss at this location. We just moved to this area and my first experience was really good! I should have posted a... good rating then, but now I?m of the opinion that the quality is inconsistent here. The first time, my burrito had the perfectseasoning whereas this time it was very salty?almost inedible. Everything we ordered was salty, as my son said the same thingabout his Crunchwrap. Myself and my wife went here, and the food was below average , I got some taco supreme's and the lettuce was nasty, it looked... like it expired. The service was OK, but it seemed like they were more worried about the drive thru. The atmosphere was dirty ,food on the floor, tables needed wiped off. This Taco bell rated a 3 out of a possible 10. I would not recommend this place. Read more
