The big burrito ( I got the Chicken) was great. It was HUGE! I was told the steak tacos were pretty bland and they were on the... small size..from what i was told.... THE BEST TACO PLACE IN FORT WAYNE!!! We are regular customers here. The tacos are soooo good. Don?t even get me started on their... queso, it?s the best I?ve ever had. Just make sure when you order tacos, if you want flour tortillas make sure you tell them!!They usually give you corn by default. So if you don?t like corn tortillas make sure you tell them which ones you want. Thehorchata is soooo yummy too! Ordered take out. Ordered steak street tacos and queso with chips. They were hot and fresh. Steak was tender, and had really... good flavor. Corn tortillas were good, fresh and not stale. Topped with fresh cilantro and onions. Refried beans were good andso was the rice. Only downside was the lime slices were a little dry and there were only 2 for 3 tacos. I'm visiting FW and decided to try to find a good hole-in-the-wall mexican place. This one fits the bill. Only about 8 tables,... but that wasn't a problem (a lot of people were getting food to-go or through a drive thru). You pass the guys that are makingthe food when you order, so you know exactly what you're getting. Got 4 tacos to try: steak, chorizo, chicken, and pastor. Themost flavorful was the steak and the least was the chicken. I also got a small margarita on the rocks (no frills or salt, butthat was fine for as small as it was). Highly recommend this place if you want to go for a good, no-frills taco. I will bereturning to try more! Read more
First time experience, since they are trying to establish a SW store in Fort Wayne. We weren't disappointed, excellent special... choice and prices. Chicken tacos for me on corn tortillas, two types of rice with refried beans. I also ordered 6 pork tamalesto take home since I love them, another excellent choice next time I will get their dozen. Authentic food I will be lookingforward to a new store near me soon, until then I will be visiting the North Clinton store.
