This... barely begins to describe how good Three Fires Pizza on Illinois Road is. We have visited the store a few times for lunch anddinner and we are not ever disappointed. The Mista salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. They have a wide variety ofwood fired pizzas each of them are very very good. They have some great appetizers including a roasted cauliflower that I liketo get with chicken to add some protein. I think the meat lovers pizza. They do have gluten-free crust available and the pizzasare well done and very tasty on the gluten-free crust. Also shout out to the chef on this one. We picked up a pan and a half ofthe Mista salad for a rehearsal dinner and the presentation was absolutely amazing. Salad was fantastic. It came with dressingon the side and serving utensils. Pizza was good if pricey. The menu selection was appealing for sure! I'd suggest ordering via phone or website versus going... inside. The restaurant was a bit cold, the decor a bit less than welcoming though there is a good attempt. The waiting area felta little like sitting outside the principal's office (not. First time dining here today and had Erica as my waitress she was delightful and was always smiling and very helpful. I am very... particular about pizza and will only eat it at the restaurant so for me to leave a review means it is good. I was decidingbetween the BBQ chicken pizza and chicken bacon ranch and she said I could get both which was awesome. I knew right when thepizza came out it was gonna be good and it was absolutely delicious. It's wood fired which gives it a different flavor and thecrust may have a burned look to it in some places which is delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and the chicken was cookedperfect. Ordered a meatball pizza online. Read the toppings, they were listed or at least I thought a complete list ? it sounded good,... so I thought I would give a try. When I picked it up it had almonds all over it!! I have eaten 100?s of pizza?s never hadanything so disgusting! I thought all the ingredients were listed they clearly were not! Hands down my favorite pizza place. I travel a lot for work and have dined in many different places and this place takes the... crown for world?s best in my book. It?s a great place to take a business partner, your family~ I?ve even come here on dates. Theatmosphere is *chefs kiss*. Their staff is knowledgeable and attentive! Their kitchen crew is always willing to makesubstitutions and their servers, bartenders, and hosts are always fast, friendly, and efficient. This particular visit I wasn?tsure what I wanted to drink but I knew I wanted something light. The bartender Melissa recommended a perfect cider thatcomplimented my meal very well and was exactly what I didn?t know I needed! My meal consisted of a chop salad (no meat,subcucumber) and their marvelous ?three fires Mac and cheese?. That Mac and Cheese is literally my life essence. It?s creamy,delicious, and has a slight delightful smoky flavor from them putting it in one of their wood fired ovens. This place knows whatthey?re doing! I didn?t even eat half of it because it?s such a big and filling dish. It looks like they even have a differentspecial for each day of the work week (excluding Friday) that includes a ?kids eat free? Aside from the pizza being delicious, the waitress izzy brought out pizza dough for my kids to play with. It kept them occupied... until their food was ready. Which was brought out first before the rest of the food which is a dream for any parent. It washands down the least stressful experience with small children because of those small details that meant so much! Read more
