There were four cars in line when I pulled up at around 2:00 p.m.. When it was my turn at the menu board the gentleman asked me... "How can I help you?". I place my order & he said okay, then I ordered some TimBits to take home to my children. I then hearsome voices talking from the speaker of the menu board in the establishment and I hear a voice say we're closed. I then ask"You're closed???", and he replies to me "We're closed." Not a good way of doing business when the customer pulls up to the menuboard and you ask the customer "How can I help you?", and after the customer places their order you tell them you're closed. Youshould at least let the customer know that you are closed and not ask them "How can I help you?" The business hours on the drivethru window say open till 5 pm and they closed at 2pm. Read more

Everytime I go to this location something is broke, espresso machine ????, they are out of lots of things, or don?t have hardly... any donuts available. I?ve never had a friendly employee and they always act like I am an inconvenience by being there. It?sdisappointing because they have a great location. Read more

I was planning on giving Tim Hortons another chance after all the bad experiences I had at the other units that closed in my... city. By chance I was close to this one today. Unfortunately, their headquarters, being in Canada, probably directed this unitto have their dining room closed. Sorry, but my vehicle will not safely fit through a drive thru. Bad business decision inregards to a location in the Midwest. That just says your company doesn't want my money, fair enough. Read more

I just moved to Fort Wayne and I was relieved to find a Tim Hortons so close to home. I usually don't leave bad reviews but... it's been a week and I still can't understand what happened. I was standing in line ordering and there was a couple in front ofme just holding hands. When they ordered, the girl at the counter said "I'm sorry you're making our customers uncomfortable" andlooked down at their hands and coughed" The two young women turned back and looked and just walked out. I felt so bad for them. I couldn't believe what I had just seen. I walked out after them and left without ordering. I can't go back in there. Theemployee was in her 30s maybe and had black hair. I didn't bother to get her name. Read more

I've gone to the Coldwater location quite a few times over the past two years and have noticed a steady decline in quality, but... not enough to suggest someone not go there. I'm not sure if it was an inventory issue, but the breakfast wraps have been madeusing the same egg as the other sandwiches, that is to say, with a noticeable egg white instead of a scrambled style egg. Mycoffee order quality is also all over the place. I never know whether it is actually going to taste good or just bepalatable. The staff is friendly, but I've noticed that the crew tends to change on an almost weekly basis. This is probablypart of the reason the quality has been inconsistent. But, I still go because it's a really convenient coffee and breakfaststop on my way to work. Read more

Very nice staff; their drive thru is experience has an issue with the menu system detecting customers, and their soda fountain... machine was broken; however, they were really nice about it and offered alternative beverages to make it right. Also I love thatthey carry items for lunch that aren?t so unhealthy like other fast food joints. Read more
