Our waiter was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the fresh well equipped salad bar before our meal. I had the French onion soup,... it was bubbling hot and delicious. My husband had the tenderloin and said it was a little dry but I had the chicken fettuccinealfredo and it was amazing. For dessert we had the chocolate tower cake and it was huge. Probably enough for 3-4 people. Read more

Very disappointed in the Shrimp Cocktail tonight at the Trolley Bar on Dupont Road in Fort Wayne. $20 for 5 fairly small shrimp... is not an acceptable size or quality of shrimp for Trolley Bar. Club Soda still has the best shrimp in Fort Wayne. The shrimppresentation at the Trolley was also mediocre. Last time I was here you got 4 shrimp but they were 6-8 count per pound. These were more like 16-18 count per pound at best possibly smaller. The Wedge salad was a nice surprise, probably the largestand best looking salad in Fort Wayne for a wedge. Although the blue cheese dressing was clearly not homemade and should be forthis caliber of a Restuarant. I changed my review from a 2 to a 3 for the wedge size. Overall though the food experience was adisappointment. The waitress was excellent. Read more

First time eating here and was not impressed at all. The food took forever, the serving dishes were dirty, including my Old... Fashioned glass. I had Jambalaya, 3 friends had steak and 3 other friends had fish. Everyone was happy with the steaks, no onewas happy with the fish. The fish was under cooked and not to temp in the middle. I guess we were the deciding table for thebaked potatoes. One steak dish came with a baked potato and one fish dish did not because they were out. So I guess my friendssteak dinner was the last baked in the house. I lived in New Orleans for a few years, my jambalaya was no where near where isshould have been. It was more of an over cooked, dry, and sticky rice. I had to dig around for the andouille sausage. For theprice of everything here, I would expect top notch dishes, $30 for my jambalaya, and it was a $12 dish at best. I will bereturning at some point in the near future, I would love to get this place up to a 4 star, but I am doubting it after lastnight. Read more

Today (Valentine's day) was our first time at Trolley. We were very pleased with everything! As soon as we walked in, we were... graciously greeted by the sweetest gentlemen. He sat us and our server, Britt, arrived quickly to get our drink and appetizerorder. Once those came out, she took our food order, which didn't take long to arrive at all. The food was delicious, the drinkswere amazing (and also very pretty - see the edible glitter?!), service was beyond spectacular, and the place was very clean andeasy to navigate. I've only ever heard great things about Trolley, and now I understand why! We will definitely be back! I alsowant to note that Britt was an exceptional server! She was so sweet and personable! She took time to talk with us and didn'tmake us feel rushed like some places do when it's a "special day". The food could have been just good, at best, and herpersonality would have made up for that! She was really great! Read more

We had a random date night and didn?t have a reservation. We were seated in the restaurant and had THE BEST service with... Christopher. The recommended specials and signature cocktail were perfect! The chef?s flavor pairing with the salmon dinner Ihad was delicious and perfect! Tandoori flavors with perfectly cooked salmon. My husband had jambalaya that rivaled a dish fromthe South. Highly recommended and we will be returning!! Read more

Started with stuffed caps and they were delicious. You get 5 caps for 11. I also got the Petite Filet $34 for the meal included... mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak had no fat, but I ordered it med rare it showed up medium. My husband ordered med showedup rare. And for the prices I did still need to request A-1 as there was flavor but just not enough. I also ordered the BerryMojito it was not good no berry taste, and all club soda, mint and rum! Good food priced a bit high Read more
