Hurts me to write this cause I love Wendy?s but came through here 3 times just hoping to try the new Italian Chicken Mozzarella... and had no luck!!! First 2 trips up there they forgot the whole fried mozzarella patty that goes with the sandwich, 3rd timegeneral manager asked to see old one and said she made a new fresh one, So I check it and get home to take a bite only to findout the Cheese stick patty is burnt inside out with no cheese :( Just wanted to try the sandwich what the hell?. Cashier was rude, only time she spoke to us was the total, we were dining in, which she never asked. so as we were getting our... drinks she yelled across the store "your food is ready" in sacks and was cold and looked like they had been sitting forawile.nobody was cleaning anything, only person wearing a uniform was the manager, people wearing hoodies and ripped jeans .Definitely will not be going back here. They don't greet you at the window, don't speak at all. They just start handing out bags and drinks then do not even say have... a nice day, nothing. When we unwrapped our food, fries were cold and old, double stack burgers were cold as was cheese spice,and nuggets were old. My tea tasted gross and I paid extra for a fresh strawberry lemonade and received a fountain one. We willNOT be cing back. We will drive further to get better service. Read more
Pro: The service was fast and the Sprite tasted like Sprite. Cons: The building itself looked like it had been dipped in... grease. Hamburger was dry, cold and pretty much diabolical. Fries were warm and unremarkable. Nuggets made perfect dogsnacks. Close this place down before it's too late. Read more
I love Wendy's it's my favorite fast food restaurant... With that being said this location is something else. It's always dirty.... Staff is rude. Wait times take forever. And 9 times out or 10 better check your food because it's probably not right. Read more
As we were ordering the lady had no enjoy meant in her. We witness a worker drop frozen sandwiches on the ground (out of the... bag) and pick them up and continue to cook them. All the food is definitely good though. We also saw them drop utensils on theground and continued to user them without washing them off. Overall 2/5. Read more
Stopped in at Wendy's off of Maplecrest this afternoon. Ordered a classic assaggio Chicken club, small fry and a small Coke to... go. Unwrapping the sandwich revealed a Browning/aging piece of romaine lettuce. Luckily I had some FRESH crisp iceberg lettucein the fridge to replace it with. Cheese was nice, sauce was plentiful, bacon was decent sized and satisfactory. French friesweren't hot, perhaps room temperature. However overall it was a tasty meal not the best I've had but I was hungry so it wentdown pretty well. The chicken was moist and not dry, so that was a bonus. Small Coke was flat and tasted mostly like water. Nofizz whatsoever, it was completely flat, like a pop with ice that had sat out for a week. I took one sip and pitched it. OverallI really pushed it and still gave them three stars because the combination of the sandwich with the bacon and the cheese waspretty good. Read more
They don?t Greet you at the window they rush you through your order and the. Get frustrated with you. I really don?t expect the... employees to act like they just hit the powerball or anything however it would be nice if they would attempt to have a betterattitude then my 13 year old niece. Flat out put me in a terrible mood. When you have to pay over 15 dollars for fast food youshouldn?t be made to feel like your inconveniencing the person taking orders.
