The food we received was good but I didn't get my double stacker that was suppose to come with the $5 bag. My kids got toddler... books for toys. They ran out of apple bites but at least they made up for that by offering extra nuggets. They wouldn't answertheir phone so I could see if they could make the other mistakes right and to top it all off I didn't receive a receipt toverify what I paid for or even contact the headquarters either. Bought frostys for myself and grandkids. They were good. Service was ok but the door handle was broken to the entrance to the... dinning room. I don't know how long it had been broken but there should have at least been a sign on it noting sharp edges andthat it was broken. Read more
Went on 7/22 @ about 10 pm and had a terrible experience start to finish. The women on the speaker and back cash was very rude.... She had a tone in her voice as if we were annoying her. Then when we got to the second window they just pretty much through thefood out the window at us. Not even paying an attention to us. Almost all the food we had order was wrong or missing. DROPPING DOWN FAST!!!! Was in line for 15min and once we got or order it was wrong.....3 TIMES!!!! The gentleman that was... preparing or food was high!!! And another employee was angry enough to want to start a fight with him!!!! Becouse of gettingthe orders wrong!!!! They need to fix this quickly Becouse their reputation is dropping fast!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a maple bacon chicken croissant and I get a sausage egg and cheese and honestly I was... just going to eat it without complaint because I was hungry. So, I want to start with the price first because I feel that's the biggest negative. $15 for the food pictured, you can get a... burger, fries and drink at a sit down restaurant for that price. This is outrageous for fast food. Next the food, Fries werepiping hot, but very unevenly salted. Drink was good and tasted fresh. Sandwich was creative, bur lacked execution. Thechicken was flavorful but SO dry and there was plenty of mozzarella, but almost no marinara sauce. I would not spend that kindof money on unsatisfactory food again. I was served at a moderate pace, but the employees were not very friendly. Very bland. Read more
