WASTE OF MONEY I paid almost 13 dollars for two Jr. Bacon Cheese burgers, small nuggets, and a small frosty. The burgers were... dry and shriveled, the nuggets were worse than great value brand and were also dry and old, and the frosty has been reformulatedto where it's just some grainy mess of syrup. It was nothing like how it used to be. I will never as long as I live no matterwhat happens eat at another Wendy's ever again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears my portion on the matter too. This use to be the best Wendy's in Fort Wayne. Now it's going down the drain slowly but surely! They never have enough staff and... the staff that does come to work are young and rude. Long wait times in the drive thru and the dinning room is always closed.good luck! starting to think no location in Fort Wayne is worth it anymore! Read more
My God they're SO much nicer to you here than they are in Milwaukee. Three different people acknowledged me when I walked in and... nobody looked at me like I just wiped mud on their mattress. Food was excellent, fries were hot. This place helped salvage avery poor labor day I was having. I really appreciate it. Read more
Tried to call to see if they had frostys and nobody answered. Went around 1230. Ordered 2 meals. For starters it was 2 $5 meals... and we were up charged and ended up paying $16. They forgot some of our food and the rest was semi warm. Tried to use a couponand nobody knew how to do it. Also I get the end of the night people are ready to go home but talking so explicitly to yourcoworkers while you have customers waiting and the window open is kind of unprofessional. All of them just standing around ontheir phones hanging out. Most definitely not a place we?re EVER considering again for a late night meal. We went through the drive thru today and first it seemed like the lady couldn't hear us. Then we finally got to order. We get... home, and I get halfway through my baconator and one of the meat patties are raw!! I called them and tried to let them know,and I was hung up on!!! Be the last time I eat there. Read more
I waited at the drive thru menu to order for a minute before asking if they were open. One of the ?workers? said they were... making food so I waited for 5 minutes for them to get back with me. After hearing nothing I pulled around to leave only to seethem all circled up in the kitchen on their phones and joking around. They could have at least just told me they were closed orhad no interest in serving me food. Safe to say I?ll never come back to this one. Easy paycheck for them I suppose... Read more
My sandwich was good but my bfs was dry as all get out. I placed an online order and went to the drive thru bc the app said... their dining room was closed (and that is what I do at a diff location) and I was abruptly told that I had to goinside???....was just waiting on the baconator to be made and that's the sandwich that ended up looking all dry and old.
