I think their best service was before the pandemic! afterwards they just let anybody in because they need workers! there's a... certain type of look you want to present to your customers!! Although you can't blame the workers alone!I'll go to the topaswell! That management and owners really need to take a look at their plans for this particular restaurant! I haven?t been to Wendy?s in forever just because this location. I always ask for a STRAWBERRY FUSE TEA, they?ve given me every... other flavor but that. They forgot 2 sets of nuggets out of my 4, 444s before. I called about getting the nuggets, they saidthey would send free meal cards to my house. They said they sent them but I had to call for WEEKS to even get them to give methem in person because they never actually sent them out. They always are out of everything, especially cheese. I ordered one oftheir pretzel bun burgers and they literally didn?t put anything on it but the burger & onions. I called and they said ?theywere out of almost everything that went on the burger? BUT DIDNT TELL ME THAT BEFORE I ORDERED. This location kinda ruined mywhole experience with Wendy?s and I haven?t been to one in awhile because of this. Read more
This is a garbage location. Probably the worst in the city. Avoid at all costs. They can't place an order correctly, don't give... receipts, and have no regard for how they put the food in the bags. Bad training, bad management, and no customer service orcare at all. You've been warned. Read more
I wish it was possible to give it less than 1 star. They deserve a negative 5 star rating. The restaurant wasn't raggedy and... rundown. My burger was undercooked and had condiments that weren't supposed to be on it. My fries were overcooked and burnt toa crisp. And the workers...it was the most unprofessional group of workers I've ever seen. Not just in a restaurant. Butanywhere. They were throwing things, and screaming at customers and each other.
