Not every time but more than once.. I waited over 40min after placing my order, and had to end up getting it to go. This is at... lunchtime with less than 5 people in the restaurant. Service is still very polite just not fast or available. And I miss some ofthe old sauces (major jerk), not a fan of the new dry rubs. All in all not a terrible experience. They messed up my wife's order & when I went to get the correct order, it was downright disgusting. We ordered burgers &... mozzarella sticks. The burgers were severely overcooked & dry. We like our burgers well done but not cooked to a crisp. Couldn'teven tell if there was cheese on it. The mozzarella sticks were like the $1 ones you can buy at Walmart. Nothing about any of itwas good. They need to get someone who knows how to cook food right. My wife works hard for her money & it's not exactly cheapthere & then to receive food that is un-eatable is a HUGE disappointment. Shame on you guys! Read more
We sat for 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Waited another 10 for drinks. My daughter never got her drink so I asked a... bartender. They said she was new. Which I totally get. But it's dinner time and there's one waitress? Why? So we got poorservice but then the ranch that came with my EIGHT dollar pickles was pretty much empty. Margarita was good, although I ordered with salt and was given sugar. Wings were either over cooked, or grease was old. Burger... was good, although also didn't come the way it was ordered. Service sucked. Server was gentleman on duty around 2pm 6/27.Service itself was bad, was only table in building, but felt like we were alone entirely. No pre-bus, no refills offered, foodtook literally 30 mins to arrive, and dude tried to overcharge on the check. I'm 40 and I have literally no tipped twice in mylife and this was the second. I worked for some Warsaw for two years, bit I don't think I would ever go here again. Okay, sowings strongly compelled me to give them a second chance(comped my meal for the original cost-fair enough for me) and I can saythey didn't disappoint. Everything about my second experience was perfect. Server was kind and attentive, and the food wasflawless. I can also say I didn't announce that I was there for my free meal until the end of service, so I feel like it was agenuine experience. Good job wings. Read more
Well, Wings Etc. should be good at wings? Nope. Mine (12 traditional, 6 with medium buffalo, 6 with jerk rub) came out freaky... fast. sauce and rub were no hanging on to the wings. quickly became apparent that they were not made to order and had beenreheated. Note the message in the photo about sending them back if they aren?t good? How about just making them right thefirst time? Carrots and celery were not fresh. Blue cheese dip was in covered plastic cups but passable. The menu isextensive but with the performance on the wings I?m not holding out much hope that any of the other things are worthtrying. The place appears to be an off-brand take on BW3 but it seems like ownership has kind of given up on upkeep or even thebasics (check out the truck stop bathrooms). I've ordered from there 2 times and my order was not correct either time. Tonight I didn't get the right sauce for my wings, my... daughter's cheese burger burger bun was so hard she had to replaced it with our bread from home. Then my wife's sandwich didn'tcome with all the toppings we asked for. And what was on it was disappointing. The sandwich had wilted lettuce, a pickle endslice, and barely any honey mustard. The only good thing was the wings were fired hard like I wanted and tasted good. When I gothome and seen my sauce was wrong I called right away to see if I could come get the right one. Had some hot wings ordered extra saucy and they were amazing. Jodi provided excellent service as well.
