Look, I never leave reviews on anything. But let me tell you. This place is clean as all get out, food completely fresh and... cooked to order, friendly people. Really feels like your at home. It's amazing. I have a fish and sea food allergy so I gotchicken with lemon pepper, fries, and coleslaw. Everything was just amazing. That coleslaw was made fresh and you know it is byevery bite you take. If you find yourself in Fort Wayne and looking for an amazing place to eat, this is the place you need togo and try. First time. Might be the best catfish I've ever had. I wish I had just got 4 pieces of catfiah. The chicken was average. The... livers were good but you need a gas powered mechanical jaw to chew through the gizzards. But that catfish though. Wow. Read more
Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service at this restaurant. We parked our vehicle on the closest side street,... Kinsmoor which was a very short walk to the restaurant, no farther than if you were in a parking lot. Past experience from whenthis was a previous restaurant was to not use the rear parking lot in the next-door establishment. The friendly hostess took ourorder at the front counter. She asked if I wanted lemon pepper seasoning with the Perch/White Chicken Combo which I ordered andI'm glad that I said "yes". It was wonderful and came with a generous order of fries and a not so generous dab of coleslaw. Ialso ordered the lemon pound cake which the hostess said was made for the restaurant. That was also awesome. I just wish I hada glass of cold milk to go with it! The food came up in about 10 minutes and my small party ate inside. The food was piping hotfor our entire meal and out of this world. The very clean restaurant was sparsely decorated and had four or five dining tables,which surprisingly had no other dining in customers while we were there, but we were eating after the normal lunch hour. My onlydisappointment (and it wasn't a major disappointment), was that the only drinks available were from a soda pop vending machine. Also, I was surprised that the tartar sauce and ketchup were in packets. I'm not sure the perch could have been any better, butI was dreaming of a homemade tartar sauce to go with the fish. The hostess checked on us periodically to ask how everything wasand if we needed anything. We were also given a warm goodbye also. I will be back. With friends of course! Read more

Zeb's was great. Big full wings, and lovely fried okra and green beans, lightly breaded. I also tried the Pizza Puff, a truly... flaky kind of superhero Hot Pocket just stuffed with meat and cheese, but still crisp and buttery, not doughy. Very very good ,although next time I could probably get by with just two wings, and the sides are generous enough to pass as light meals ifyou're in a rush. Great service at the counter as well.
