I witnessed them putting Sam's cola/twist it up(generic) soda in cups to substitute coca-cola and sprite ..the manager actually... told me their coca cola and sprite was down...this dasher couldn't believe his eyes!!!!WOW Read more

One of my regular spots. The brand usually have pretty tasty promotions. I had to try the new burger and it was good. The meat,... which I asked, is fried. Taste, texture and the meats appearance were all surprisingly good. The quality of the condimentsmight, even give it a leg up over the Wendy's and whataburger nearby. The staff at this particular location are always friendlyand their food fresh. I would eat there even more often if the prices weren't so high but considering the food tastes betterthan most fast food joints, I guess it's fair to pay more for better ??????????? Read more

I ordered the Market Fresh sandwich and my wife ordered the Beef and Chedder and they were great! Fresh and tasty. Went through... the drive thru and actually had napkins and Arbys sauce in the bag also. Very nice and quuck service. Read more

Just left this location. I placed two orders, paid, the cashier asked me to drive forward while they complete my order, I drove... forward waited for my order. While waiting, I noticed they forgot 1 of my drinks, so I tell the employee when she came out tobring my order, she tells me to back up to drive through to let them know. I refused to back up ( for safety purposes) 2 minuteslater, a different employee comes out, hands me my drink, I say thank you to her. she looks at me ( frowning) rolls her eyes andthen laughs out loud while walking back inside. Based on stories that I've heard, I didn't feel comfortable drinking my beverage ( so I didn't lol)*****MANAGEMENT***** When you send someone to assist a customer, please make sure they leave their attitudebehind. I went in with a coupon 2 for $6 chicken choice. If i would have know they were going to cut 1 chicken patty in half. I would... have gladly drove around the corner to Wendy's. My cheese was bigger than my chicken patty. They initial forgot the bacon on oneof my sandwiches but were gracious to provide when we drove back. If i would have seen the patty was cut in half when I wentback for the bacon I would have just gotten my $$ back. Really disappointed in Arby's Read more

I'm have been to the drive through twice in the past week. The first time when I reached the ordering menu, they abruptly closed... at 7:00pm. And this last time. I would try to order, but had to start over because the order taker kept interrupting me. Westarted over and got my order placed. After several minutes (15) waiting to advance in line. Went through the drive-thru, ordered... when I got to the window the lady didn't even greet me. Took my money later handed me my... food and I tried asking for ketchup and she completely ignored me. She then comes back to the window staring at me and notsaying a single word and I asked for ketchup again. She rolled her eyes gave me a few packets I once again said thank you andshe completely ignored me. Food was great, and would have been a five-star if your employee had better customer service.
