To be honest I couldn\'t tell you how the food taste I visited the establishment due to a coupon I received. Upon handing it to... the cashier I was told it was an invalid coupon even though today is 12/2 and the coupon stated it didn\'t expire until 12/15.Cashier advise they sent them out without talking to the owner and we\'re not honoring the coupon. So I canceled my order andleft.\n\nThis corner restaurant has had a hard time keeping businesses for very long, I guess I\'ll wait till the next one movesin.\n\n(Single burger, french fries and a drink we\'re going to be $17 and something cents - a 25% off coupon). So for aone-time under $5 discount lost my business. One set of the coupons expired 12/15 the exact same coupons on the right expire12/31/22. Coupon missing at the bottom of the page was kept by the cashier. Read more
Absolutely delicious!! Our family has visited BB?s Burger Shack multiple times since they opened a couple of months ago & it has... quickly become our favorite burger place! We?ve tried nearly everything on the menu & we are super impressed with the highquality ingredients that are always fresh & deliciously prepared just as we ordered. The restaurant is very clean & the staffworks hard to make sure every order is cooked to perfection & served with a smile. The menu is creative & offers variety forevery appetite. Came out to try and was not disappointed. Service at the front register from Samantha was nice and friendly. She was patient... with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. Burgers were good and the fries were great too. My only complaint was that Iwanted more. If your hungry get a double. Will be back to try other items on the menu. Read more
Really good burgers! ... On the pricey side. The sweet potato fries are some of the best I\'ve ever had...perfectly seasoned. My... daughters and I got different burgers and tried each one since it was our first time. The mushroom burger, the sunny one withthe egg, and the buffalo chicken were all very good. My daughter said the buffalo chicken had just the right amount of hot sauceand it did not overwhelm the taste of the chicken. We\'ll definitely be back. Read more
This place is amazing! Great joint for a wide variety of burgers, shakes and more! The sweet potato waffle fries were... perfectly cooked, and the buffalo chicken sandwich was one of the best I?ve tasted. Locally owned. 3.5 stars. Clean establishment. In and out seating. Plenty of parking. Panoramic window views. Customer service was warm/nice... but overwhelming. As we were giving our orders directly to the order taker, the trainer repeated the order to her. Advice totrainer: let the order taker learn.\nAlthough business was steady, the food was brought to us based on the trainer stating \'itwasn\'t too busy for them to bring our food to the table\'. Advice to trainer: don\'t justify action; just serve.\nThe burgerwas fresh and tasty. The fries were warm but not freshly hot. Bonus ~ real sugar soda not the normal \'high fructose syrup\'sodas available.\nFor $42 our order was 3 burgers {Texan/Shroom/&Classic}, 2 fries and 1 soda. I believe this included a tip. Read more
First time eating here and we got it as take-out. The order was accurate and the staff friendly. The restaurant was clean and... the kitchen appeared so as well.\n\nWe got two create your own burgers. Mine in the photo was a single patty bacon cheese burgerwith pickles and deep fried shallots. Yep, deep fried shallots. I got the Come Back sauce on the side to give it a try. It wasgood. Not sure what it?s made of but my imagination tasted a little thousand island, bbq sauce and ranch. It probably didn?thave any of either but it was tasty. I?d put it on my next burger.\n\nThe other burger was good and the Nashville Hot Chickensandwich was good, but the breading was dark and over done. I had been wanting to try this place for some time and was mad I waited so long after we finally did last night. It was so... freaking good especially the Nashville hot. My fiancé loved the burger with egg in a lettuce bowl too since she can?t havegluten. I had both the bacon burger and chicken sandwich and can not wait to go back.
