BJ's reached out to me and provided a courtesy card to give the restaurant another go...they did not disappoint my Teens loved... their dinner! Everything was fresh and hot...the complimentary cookie for signing up online for rewards was soooo good and thevanilla ice cream ???? thank you so much again as the restaurant is great for family, dates, and or a quick lunch. Not happy toleave this review at all! But due to me paying for this service I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately my first experience wasnot a good one, my food came on a dirty plate, the table was dirty. I had to place the cloth napkins on the table. The serverDevan was awesome but the staff in the kitchen had to be short. My son ate his food because he was literally famished but hisdish was a bit dirty as well. Brandon our server was exceptional which is the only reason it received 3 stars. Thew woman’s bathroom soap dispenser was not... assembled and only one out of three of the sinks worked. There was gnats flying around the table and we literally had to keepfanning our food. One flew to my salad therefore I asked for it to be removed from my ticket. Brandon took care of it and madesure all our needs were meet. He really went above and beyond. He even mixed a drink for us that we altered some of theingredients. Little disappointing for the ‘bowl’ portion due to how much bigger the portion is when you eat inside the restaurant; but... the 3 bites of substance I got were very good other than that. I know the service is very friendly here, but please understandthat aside from financial principals, most are relying on the meal they purchase from an establishment. It’s different whensomeone says no mustard and gets mustard, but to give someone a contentless soup because you know they won’t look until theyget home is unethical business.... but I guess that is usual with most establishments take out segment. Ordered some burgers with fries. Fries were refried, hard to eat. The burguer was ok. They took 35 minutes to deliver the food,... kind of late. The food was kind of cold, wonder it was seating for long time. Read more

Not sure how other people could probably rate less than 5* for their experience here. You will feel the vibe as soon as you get... in. This is a very few places that I enjoy every single service and food of its and could visit 3 times per week or wheneverbeing asked "Where would you like to have a drink/dinner tonight?" Really great place. Waitress was always nearby and came to check on us often. Food was amazing. Felt bad they brought 2 of our... plates out early, and we had a party of 4 total, so 2 people at our table had to wait for theirs before we could all starteating. Bar drinks were great. Highly recommend the tropical mule or any house drafts they have and you can't go wrong. Burgersare great. I def will come back here and try this place again. Read more
Had a 6" pizza, the BJ's favorite. The picture is accurate: presentation was lacking — but the pie was delicious. I mean,... really, it doesn't look like a pizza. But it is, under the toppings, and it's a very tasty one. Read more
