I would give this place more stars but it just didn't fit. The floors were sticky, you can hear it as you walk and feel... it. There was liquid by the ice cream check out area with a wet floor sign far away from the spill. Being that older people shophere as well for their ice cream, pastries and other good I feel it is absolutely vital to be cautious where safety isconcerned. Still the best banana splits though! I haven?t been here in years. They remodeled and did some things to upgrade a while back so I figured today I?d give it another... go. Still disgusting, nothing is fresh and they serve melted ice cream. I forget they pay below minimum wage so why would Iexpect anything else. If the workers were treated better that would motivate them provide better food and service. It?s stinkyand filthy inside. I?ll never go back to this dump. They?re all the same. I would give them a negative 10 stars but it?s not anoption and that?s unfortunate not being able to give an honest review. Read more

I've lived in this neighborhood over 20 years and this Braum's has definitely gone to the dumps. They used to have great... customer service but the new management is terrible. Not only will you be sitting in the drive-through or in line at the store for minimum of 15 minutes to get your order, but I just sat almost 20 minutes and the manager wouldn't even give me acomplementary cup of water with my order. not a single apology about the weight or any concern for the customers. Terriblecustomer service and they really should be ashamed of themselves. Save your time and money and go to the Braums off of Hulen. Read more
Horrible experience, went to buy ice cream and waited for a while. Had to pull up because my order was big and to be told by a... young employee next time I need to go inside and order because it was alot. I told her I?ve been before and never was told that.She also forgot my lids to my cups and my float. I went inside and she was yelling across the way telling her manger that?s thegirl I?m not helping her. I clearly heard her, and the lobby and ice bar was full of people. How unprofessional. Not the best. Service was good depending on who was taking your order. Some of the ice cream I purchased was freezer burnd like... they don't rotate the stock. Also the place needs a good wipe down. Seems to be poorly managed. Employee's have betterconversations then customer service. Cleanliness is definitely an issue. Read more
Ordered food through the drive through, but I had to go in since my order was wrong and once I went in I was appalled at the... extreme lack of cleanliness. Customer service is good but just looking at the counter and back area will, I will definitely notbe returning to this particular store. They need to have someone responsible for proper housekeeping. What exactly was the point in remodeling the place when it?s just going to remain so dirty inside. The employees are slow and... have no customer service skills.
