Food was real good. Service is particularly bad. Not so much the server per say, but all around. The server was decent, seemed... like they might have been a bit under staffed. The floor was very dirty, didn't look like it had been cleaned all afternoon. Ittook them several minutes to sit us and when I asked for a booth for my family, the manager who was seating us had a visualdistate for my asking and set us reluctantly. Requested unsweetened tea, was given sweet after my first drink came back dietafter requesting Pepsi. The people set beside us were given their food before us even though we were seated twenty minutes priorto them arriving. Read more
Tasted like a cheap $1 menu burger. Burgers were over cooked. Couldn?t really for an opinion on tator tots because very cold.
Not the best. Wings were dry and they wanted extra pay for dipping sauce. Looks like someone messed with the timer for cooking... the wings?. They had only flats and no drumsticks they didn?t tell us until our order was out. Read more
I have been to the Hulen location several times and have always had great service. I can not say that for this visit. I know... they were busy and I understand being busy and not visiting the table much. However when your waiter is paying more attention toone particular table and actually sits at that table for a good 10 minutes my understanding goes out the window. Our wings cameout over cooked and our waiter never came to check on us. We finally got the attention of another waiter and had the managercome over. The manager had our wings recooked. Then my boyfriend had to take my cup to the bar to get a refill on a soda.Finally after we were visibly done eating he came over and gave us our check. He did apologize for not checking on us. When welooked at our bill we had been over charged. It took us another five minutes to get his attention to get the bill corrected.Overall very disappointed in the service and quality of food. What a sight, this place brought back great memories from deployments, being at an American chain in a third world country. I... feel bad for the staff they all seem like great humble people. This is not Buffalo Wild Wings standards. 85% of McDonald?s areoverall better than this place. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to be replaced immediately. This is an embarrassmentto the company. Sorry about the picture I understand they might be renovating but the whole restaurant in general looks like aof warehouse with squatters. Nicely remodeled. Upstairs dining still not open. Bar has more selection and taps than previously, nut the location still... seems understaffed whenever I come here. Food is great, love the fried pickles with marinara and some sweet wings. Read more
