I had the worst experience here. And time again. I was using a coupon that was promoted online. The employee denied to use it... even though it was newly valid. Charged me regular price. I said that I wouldn?t be paying for that and requested a refund. Ihand the bag over. Employee then took it out on me that food was being wasted, took the full meal back, and DIDN?T issue a fullrefund. Like I?m sorry you had to cook it but I can?t pay for that. I ordered with the same promotion before from the websitewith no issue. So now Ive lost money without ever receiving really anything. As well, after I was thrown only half the money Iinitially paid. Worst service ever. I drove down to the Sycamore location where I was welcomed and proposed offers at theintercom. The employee I met at the window would walk me through how to use the coupon in store. I would have to order online.She pulled me around to the front and was out within 5 mins. I advice anyone to 5369 sycamore rd for great customer service andtimely efforts. I would never return to this location again. No stars for this review. Negative feedback. Went for breakfast this morning, (9/6/2022) at about 6:45a.m., through the drive... through. The store hours/drive though are 5:30a.m. - 12a.m. The drive through intercom was not lit, but the menu board was--the restaurant was clearly open, and well lit. There was no greeting-- I was at the intercom for about a minute and a halfbefore I replied: " Good morning" there was no answer. I pulled around to the 2nd window, no employee, no staff- I sat foranother 90seconds, pulled to the dining room window, and saw a uniformed employee sitting at a table on the side, and as Ibacked up, he ran away to another part of the restaurant. I waited another minute near the window and again at the intercom-- noanswer, and finally went to work before 7a.m. I attempted to call several times from 8:40-8:50 to speak to management-- noanswer, and the phone hung up. If folks don't prefer to work in the early mornings and have adequate customer service, Isuggest finding another means of employment. Awful... and sad. All I wanted was an iced vanilla coffee.. As a former BurgerKing employee-- this would be unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate today. Read more
They hardly ever answer their drive thru window. 2nd time this week I've attempted to come and nobody ever answered the drive... thru. They just ignore it. Being that you have no customers you would think you would be able to change the trash over flowingoutside. I'm going to a different location from now on. Read more
