We've always enjoyed our visits to this Canes location, however today was different. We encountered the most pleasant employee... they have to offer to date. Kevin's attitude was second to none. Even when a guest dropped their drink in front of the counterKevin was very accommodating offering another drink and told them not to worry about it. You can honestly tell that Kevin loveshis job. Been a Cane's customer since the company started out in Louisiana and will continue to be one when I can afford it. But I am... very disappointed with the latest price hike that is entirely too high. $11.46. Let?s starts with that?.. After paying $11.46, it?s stated on my receipt what I asked for anybody, right? (I just want... to make sure I?m not blind, disabled, or intoxicated) However, point being it says ?No slaw extra fries?. (I still got cokeslaw, not extra fries) it also says ?NO SALT?, still got the saltiest fries. I work at fast food place as a cook so I understandthe process of preparing, poking, and assembling the meal placed. However, the employees there were very rude and showed no caretowards helping their customers. It?s crazy because I stated my order twice so there was no confusion, asked them nicely to readmy order back, and still a mistake on my order. Haven?t visited canes in a while because last time I order chicken fingers fromhere they were undercooked?. (Which is why I asked them to make them ?XT CRISPY? as you can see stated on the receipt. Canes never disappoints and this location is no exception. Chicken is hot and juicy, sauce is absolutely amazing, the Texas... toast is beautifully buttered and their sweet tea is some of the best. My go to fast food place! Read more
