My son loves BK and wanted to eat inside the restaurant, as opposed to drive through, so we obliged. I was very disappointed in... our experience. When we walked in the lady taking orders just stared at me with a blank look on her face. I thought she waslistening to her headset and about to take a drive through order, but no, she was waiting for me to speak. Our burgers tookquite a long time to come out. They were extremely greasy. I?ve been eating BK since I was a kid and I know what they usuallytaste like. The whole time we were eating, I could hear the staff cursing each other out. Update: They are doing a much better job of staffing. The reason for the 4 stars is that there is still problems with orders... getting done correctly. Several times I have driven home, only to find out my order was made wrong. Or there was somethingmissing. I only live 2 min away so it's not a huge deal for me to drive back. They are definitely doing a lot better thanbefore. Initial review: First of all, I love Burger King food! The reason for the bad rating is the staff. When the staff showsup to work, everything is great. But recently, this location has been horribly understaffed. It's not uncommon to wait upwardsof 20 minutes for a single Whopper meal. I do hope they get to hire more reliable people. Burger King burgers and chickensandwiches are unmatched, in flavor, from any other fast food restaurants nearby. This location is amazing it?s always clean the customer service is the best the food is always hot and fresh.
I have visited this location (Bailey Boswell Rd.) many times going back to when it opened. For the longest, I have them the... bendy of the doubt. New restaurant, new inexperienced crew.... They haven't figured out out yet. I think they have gone througha few managers already. No difference. One time, I waited close to 30 minutes for my order patiently until they finally gave memy food and it wasn't what I ordered. It's sad because I love BK, but this store is the absolute worse I have even eaten in. Iwon't be surprised if this location closes eventually, which is sad. Read more
I haven't had BK in over 20 years. I decided to try this new location and terrible is an understatement. The food was not good... at all and the customer services was the worst I've seen in a long time. The lady that took my order repeated my ordercorrectly but when I went to pay she had the drink incorrect so I corrected her. She said okay with a smile then proceeded totell me how she was about to be yelled at for changing it. The person that gave me the food did not say a word. She handed methe food and drinks and shut the window. We had no straw and no condiments were offered for nuggets or fries. I will never goback! Read more

Disappointing and BK is our absolute favorite burger chain! We spent 21 minutes in the drive-thru. The drive-thru was full with... two lanes. The burgers and the fries were not even lukewarm and the onion rings were piping hot. In general, Burger King isinconsistent from one location to another. Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered my burger well done as I've been doing for over 30 plus years. Girl working drive thru accepted... the order. I repeated Well done, however it wasn't so I requested a refund. The person processing the refund snatched card frommy hand before processing refund. Read more
