No curbside so forced to get in these ridiculous lines that then have to merge & people fighting to be next. This is the most... inconvenient, incompetent cfa around. With the 500 people you have at the drive thru, surely you could handle a little curbside.Those of us who order ahead do so to avoid this nonsense. And can we talk about the 10 food runners? I really wanted breakfast but sadly the breakfast time was over, so I got 2 chicken sandwich meals for me and my husband who... work from home. When I got home and inspected the bag, I found a free breakfast sample of the spicy chicken biscuit and it wasAMAZING!! Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten. I consider it a treat to go here and this experience was anything but. The fries were soggy... and lukewarm. They tasted like they?d been sitting there for an hour. The sandwich had the thinnest chicken breast I?ve everseen and it didn?t fill up the bun. I?m used to large, plump, and delicious chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A so this was ahuge let down. Plus I ordered extra pickles and there were a total of 4 sorry looking pickles- basically one more than theyusually put. I also asked them to please break a $20 for me so I didn?t have to go buy something somewhere else to get change.They said they couldn?t. The young man at the window was nice, but his manager said no. It?s not like I was some random personcoming in off the street. I paid $10 for a meal for one so how hard would it be to give me a ten and two fives while the drawerwas open? A bit ridiculous and not very good customer service in my opinion, which is not what I expect at all from thiscompany. Took my Elderly mom to Chic-fil-A for a light dinner. We were immediately greeted with a smile and are order was taken quickly... and correctly. A few minutes later we were digging into the best chicken sandwich. Hot and fresh chicken and cool and crispylettuce and tomatoes. I've often heard that they didn't invent the chicken sandwich but, they just perfected it. I amwholeheartedly convinced! Those criss-cross fries are a treat all to themselves. I placed many orders from this restaurant for my lunch. But I guess today is my last day to order food from them. I ordered a... spicy chicken meal and coffee from them, and I had couple bites of the sandwich and I saw a died fly on the food. Please checkthe picture below. It was so gross!!! I probably ate one of the fly wings... so gross! They ruined my apprize for the rest ofthe day, even I was so hungry. When I showed them the picture, they said they will call me in the future 48 hours and then theywill return money to me. I was upset, told them I just want my money back.
