I ordered a #2 with American cheese. I cut the sandwich in half so I could eat half now and save the other half but it was so... tasty I decided to eat the other half. The temperature and taste were great until I pulled a long hair out of my mouth! This ismy first time tasting your spicy chicken and I was enthused by how tasty it was but now I am TOTALLY grossed out and don't everwant anything else from there! This really saddens me as I love your salads and decided to try something new today and to mysurprise, it came with LONG hair!! I pulled the hair out of my mouth and held it up to the light to make sure I was seeing whatI felt! Once I saw that it was DEFINITELY hair, I wrapped it in a paper towel and put it in a Ziplock to send to the sanitationdepartment! the store shift lead was rude and not willing to give me any sauces for my meal even when i offered to pay for my sauces. she... simply said ?there is a shortage on sauces, i cannot give you any small ones. you need to buy a big one?. when all i wanted wasone small sauce. if im willing to spend money on my food at another business, i want to enjoy my food especially if i?m willingto pay for it. This has got to be the hardest review I?ve yet to do. And to be fair, it only represents this location, not any other franchise... location. We did a mobile curbside of 5 meals and shakes to celebrate for the birthday boy. ( we know it takes time for theseorders especially after 5?so I ordered with ample time)We drove in, input our number for our parking and within about 5 minutesit said it was on its way. A little over 10 minutes go by, and the order cleared from my app ? without any food delivered. Soneeding to now get off, they proceed to make me wait inside for another 10 -15 minutes. Reviewing my order I realize only HALFmy order was in the bag, so going back in to explain I?m missing shake/meals, the young man says ?he?s getting it? which afteranother 6 minutes I ask if my order is complete? and they finally retrieve said complete order. NEVER have I experienced qualityservice from this place but today, today was the icing on the cake ( if you?re one for puns) on the birthday dinner we had soeagerly planned. Read more
The workers are awesome! So considerate and caring, one of the workers overheard my mother order a tea with no sugar because she... wanted to buy an apple turnover from the Arbys down the street for dessert, he surprised her with one when we were done with ourmeal! I went to this Fort Worth location yesterday for breakfast through the drive-thru. I parked in the parking lot to eat because I... had an appointment and wanted to put something on my stomach before my day started. Well I started chewing what seemed to berubbery chicken. I spit it out and it was raw chicken! It wasn?t the only piece though. It was a lot. I don?t know how someonecould have missed that when they were cutting it up putting it in the bowl. I went back through the drive-thur and gave it backto the manager. She seemed very nonchalant about it so I just asked for my money back. I ordered online. Took me 20 minutes to get there and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. A car pulls up after me and... leaves with their food before me. I called to get some kind of explanation. The girl that answered the phone was rude andunapologetic. This is the only location I've ever had an issue with.
