Kiesha at the drive thru is very hard of hearing at the speaker when you order food even after repeating yourself loud and clear... like 5 times! And she is very rude because she can't hear. Maybe she needs to sign up for health insurance so she can get herears checked. Or maybe she needs to get demoted to washing dishes again! Read more

The drive thru line was short. The order was wrong, the food was ice cold. They put about four french fries in one of my... orders. And the other had one broken cold french fry. I just went back to the drive thru and ordered some french fries. Oneof the staff members a young lady came out to my car to ask me what I needed. And she took my receipt and food and said shewould correct my order. The food was brought out by a young man that didn’t say one word. The food was hot and I didn’tget a new receipt. I love Chicken Express but the rudeness of this drive thru worker at the Bridge Street, Ft. Worth location this evening was... ridiculous! She cut me off while I was trying to order and when I ordered she rudely said “there ain’t no legs, you gottawait 15 minutes for them.” It saddens me to say that this was not a happy experience. I felt rushed and like I was botheringthe her by just ordering food. Hopefully the management at that store will address this. Read more
