We had a new server. Though a few things in our order were mixed up or forgotten, they were minor and it was all made right. He... had a great attitude though. No major complaints. I only had lunch special, fries were edible The double meat Burger was pretty big. I hope you like mustard. The waitress was... nice kind and sweet and on top of service. Did look like they had some special burgers they looked obsessionally good. Best ofall a decent price worth going for the price alone. Read more
It was my niece's birthday we waited for almost 30 minutes for a table the waitress was new so we understood we had issues with... the checkout over and over waiting almost 20 minutes for it I would not recommend getting the cheese fries because all it is isfries withis fries with cold cheese on top so when you grab one you grab a whole thing of cheese. I brought my daughter here for her birthday on the 21st of November. They said they were very busy and it would be a two-hour... wait. We waited outside for about an hour and a half went back in and they said the wait was still going to be for another hourand a half mind you half of the restaurant was very empty. I don't know if it was probably a staff shortage or maybe they onlyhad one cook but we proceeded to leave and go to the next location the Chili's on Clifford Street and they treated us very wellmy daughter had a blast and thank you for being very considerate due to the fact that we were in a pretty large family of 12. Iwould like to say thank you to the Chili's on Clifford Street for fitting us into your busy schedule. Thank you and no thank youto the Chili's on Hulen Street y'all were very rude and wasted our time when we could have went to the one on Clifford Street inthe first place my daughter and our family stood outside waiting for no reason other than the fact you wanted us to wait. Theywere very rude and we did not have time for that type of customer service. We ordered from this Chili's tonight using Uber Eats and the food coming ice cold is not their fault so that's not why I'm... giving a 2 star rating. The food came looking like this all mixed together and due to that and the long wait time the egg rollswere completely soggy and inedible. They were covered in wing sauce and got thrown in the trash. I absolutely love chili's!!! Had a side salad, fried pickles, fried onions, mushroom fajitas, chicken strips with fries and corn... on tha cob, and tha old-timer cheeseburger!!! Or waiter was fantastic although I don't remember his name!! I definitelyrecommend this place!!! Read more
