I just left this location. I go to Chipolte very often and as much as I've gone I know that when food items are getting low,... they begin cooking a new batch. This location had no veggies out and they had not even began cooking more veggies. When I askedshe said it would be about four min and then began cooking them. Now my issue is you see when you're getting low on food sothere was ample time to cook more for customers who wanted them. Not to mention they were not busy at the time I went. Read more

I arrived at 8:55pm. Employees were already closing up even though the hours are listed as open until 10:00pm. They were pouring... out the tea into the trash as I was standing in line, about to order the tea they were pouring out. I had to ask them to stop soI could get what was left. WORST CHIPOTLE IN DFW FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - If you make a mistake in placing an online order, they tell you, ?Sorry, nothing we... can do.? I just lost $40 and they scoffed. The next time, I ordered online correctly (lol) and I wish I had a pic of thepathetic portion sizes - I swear the bowl was 1/4 full. Another time they told me I had to order online, even though I wasstanding at the register. The last time, they were out of guacamole. I?m done with this location. Never again! I visited this location two weeks ago. I ordered a salad and drink as I have done many times before. I found half of a lady... bug in my salad just shortly after I began eating. Luckily or unluckily, I did not see the other half. It was clear that thebug was neatly severed. I pointed this out to the manager and she told me that they clean and process their own lettuce dailyand gave me a refund for my salad. She acted like this was a common occurrence and not something that she was overly concernedabout. Since this incident, I have avoided Chipotle altogether. Read more
