I?m only leaving one star because I cannot leave zero? I?m a frequent flier to this location as well as chipotle in general. ... Tonight I went in with a group of three to eat dinner (at 8:38pm) They informed me they were ?out? of all meet to be able tomake any burritos or burrito bowls, I nicely asked if they were out of meat or if they just didn?t want to make anymore and theysmiled.. That really agitated me, I get it?s Thanksgiving eve (if that?s even a real thing) but your hours have you open until10pm.. We were there an hour and half before close, I?d get it and understand if I was there at 9:58pm? Hopefully managementsees this and addresses appropriately.. left the store Read more

I love Chipotle but this location is terrible. I've ordered to go a couple time and they never lable the burritos so we have no... idea who's is who's without trying to open it up; which ends up destroying the burrito. 2 of our burritos had a clump of cheesefrom not being grated one time. Another time I got a steak burrito; it ended up being a rice burrito with 3 strips of steak. Ihave go in to eat and they were out of all steak (this was at least 3 hrs before they closed) and the customer service was notgood. Got an attitude like we were bothering them. I wrote to corporate the first time I had issues, they said they would workwith the location to get it fixed and gave me a free burrito. I appreciate the free burrito but it's kind of pointless whenthey're not fixing the problem. I'll find another location to eat at or I'll just stop going. Read more

They need to care for their staff and probably train staff right. Dont have staff yelling at each other in front of guest. It... also probably wouldn't hurt them not to ne rude at the guest. Remember who is really paying your paychecks. Read more

As I was next I noticed they were out of several choices so I said I would wait. The staff gave me no time frame. I waited... roughly 20 minutes. No staff came to me to say food was ready. I understand that supplies can be limited at times but customerservice goes a very long way. No ice as well. Very disappointed in the staff. Did not offer anything for my time. I love Chipotle, but every time we go to this location, there is always something wrong. Today they were out of ice in the... self-serve machine. I told the guy at the cashier, but it took 10 minutes before someone filled it. It's not like they werebusy. We were there on a Saturday at 3:45 pm. There was only one other family inside so again, they were not busy and appearedto be well staffed. The dining room is usually a bit dirty too. Today we had to wipe the rice and beans off our table. Wepicked the cleanest table to sit at. All the other locations are always ready to go and clean. This is the only one I haveissues with. None of my complaints are a deal breaker. I'm sure I'll be back, but something isn't quite right at this location.Compared to the 3 or 4 other locations I've been to, this one isn't up to Chipotle standards if there is such a thing. I have always loved Chipotle, and have left positive reviews before for them. This time won't be one of them, unfortunately I... found a sticker in my food still attached to the "fajita mix" bell pepper while eating my dinner. So I'm not sure if theyactually take time to wash the veggies before cooking them, either way it just kinda grosses me out. I've tried 3 times to callthe restaurant back, but only received automated responses. I live too far away to travel back tonight, but I will be returningin the morning to speak to someone in person. Very convenient location next to Starbucks & Krispy Kreme doughnuts.  My teenage son and I come on Sundays because the food... type is a compromise being that I like to eat health. Been also coming randomly to have a meal and do some work during theweek.  Nice, clean, and spacious  dining area.  Also, now that it's spring, taking advantage of the patio seating.  I getthe fajita chicken bowl w/brown rice...Delicious!
