I went there just this past either Wednesday or Thursday and I arrived maybe about 7:40 p.m. The doors were closed and customers... were standing outside. I drove down to see what else I wanted and all places were full. When I got back to Chipotle, the doorswere opened. I asked the lady why did they have the doors locked and she said they had gotten overwhelmed with online ordersand wanted to get those out of the way. This is not the way you run a business. So I?ve tried this place 3 times in past 10 days. Every time it?s horrible, first they yelled at us when we tried to leave... because they already locked the doors (fire hazard much)? Second time they had no fresh ingredients and no re stock , the lasttime we tried the service was horrible. The staff was more concerned about throwing everything out before they made our order.Then it took three employees to figure out how to cash us out. This location is really the exception to most chipotle?s.Management really needs too step it up. Read more

I definitely didn?t enjoy my first visit to this location. I was sitting in the mobile order pick up line car #7 in line too 10... minutes for the car #1 to pull off. My order was expected to ready by 1:20. I was in line at 1:18 and didn?t drive away until1:37. This was very much ridiculous. This Chipotle was the first I visit that had a pit bull running around and the restaurant was unclean.I asked if this was a pet... friendly the guy at the register said he didn?t know. We ordered 2 Burrito Bowls with Carnitas and Chicken. The food was good and made the way we asked. The team serving our bowls... were very friendly. Seating was closed on some tables to promote social distancing. We sat outside on the patio area. Read more
First thing you notice when you walk in is everyone?s frown. They look miserable to be working here. The young man at the... tortilla press tried to charge me extra for more rice, and was rude about it. He basically tossed my bowl down the line with anattitude after he put the rice. They put half a portion of ingredients, then get mad if you ask for more. The manager was hardlycordial about it. The food was good, but the customer service cancels it out. If you don?t want to work in customer service,work somewhere else. I wouldn?t work in customer service with that attitude, showing up just because you need money. They don?ttake their job seriously at all. What?s funny is, after I paid for my meal, the young man himself went through the line toorder, and they gave him excellent service, laughing and chit-chatting, over a paying customer.
