Amazing location. Lots of things to do for kids 3 and up. They do the party celebration together for all the kids and now have... cards to keep track of tickets. Staff was amazing, they kept checking in asking if we needed anything else and were very kindtalking to the kids when moving items, grabbing things, or moving around. Read more
My family had a wonderful time a chuck e cheese. This location was great, when we went all the games were in service!!! They had... wonderful games for all ages. I only wish the had the helicopter ride the location in NRH hills has, my kids love that. Weappreciate Chuck E. Came out and danced. Came here yesterday for my sister's birthday and it was very clean and the staff was nice, one star off since it was kind of... slow. We were supposed to be there at 5 and we got there a little over 5 but nothing was ready yet, we waited for about 20 moreminutes for me and my friends to get our play cards, after that another 10 minutes for food and drinks. Very friendly staff and one of the cleaner establishments I've been to and trust me I've been to A LOT of Chuck E. Cheese's!... Since my children are now teenagers it took a bit to get used to the new cards, but I must say it's much easier than the oldcoin way and it's better for the kids. This establishment didn't have the huge playground where the kids ended up in balls, andI'm not sure if that's a change that happened all around. The food was also good and I'm glad they didn't skimp on the cheese,you know how some people skimp on the cheese when you get a pizza and to me it's kinda ridiculous. Great place for a kid's birthday party! My daughter (2) just had hers on Friday and loved it! Angela was so helpful and sweet to... us, she made the party easy and I didn't have a headache. Doesn't smell, is clean and fun! The atmosphere is friendly andtotally for kids. The menu and food is really good. We had pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Our group party package was $11/kid andwe had 2 free no shows. That came with 2 medium pizzas for the kids, unlimited drinks for the table and party favors, along with120 minutes of free play (and yes, the kids can accumulate tickets for prizes at the end. Tips for parents planning aparty: *The tables are long, if you want table covers, I suggest about 3 or 4. One isn't going to cover it. *You can't bringyour own cups (not sure why this is a rule) but they provide cups and plates. We brought our own Baby Shark plates and used theChuck E Cheese cups. We also asked for a sharpie and wrote the kids names on the bottom and lids of the cups todesignate. *Chuck E. comes out every hour for the kids to dance and sing with him. *The time for play doesn't stop when yourfood comes out so allot for time the kids and eat quickly then play so they can get the most out of the play time. *They have arefrigerator for cake (if needed) and a freezer for ice cream (if needed). *We ordered combo meals for the parents thatattended. We upgraded a combo to 2 extra large pizzas and a large order of wings. We asked for the wings with no sauce and putthe sauce on the side so people could drizzle sauce of their choice on their wings if wanted. (The Sweet Chili sauce was a hit)This combo fed 6 adults and let the kids have more pizza if they wanted. *You can get there to set up your party about 10minutes ahead of time and they will ask you when you would like the food brought out. *They only have Pepsi products for drinksbut this also includes Brisk teas.
