My kid enjoyed the games and the food was good, but the employees had extremely bad attitudes. I know they work with kids and... crazy parents all day long and it was in the evening time, but even approaching them nicely they still gave attitude. Read more
We liked the new games. Unfortunately, many games weren?t working or stopped working snd took our play credits. No one was on... the floor to assist with getting the credits back and the people behind the counter were too busy. The lady at the kitchenwindow was unnecessarily rude. Read more

Just know that the staff are not very friendly. I understand it can be overwhelming with all the kids however if your gonna work... in a place that entertains children pls make sure to be friendly and respectful to the customers. You never what a child isgoing through so pls make this visit full of sunshine for them. Read more
I rate this a 3. Over food, experience and cleanliness. As a total spent $120.00 for the following. A pizza. The sample... platter, which included 4 nickle sized pieces of buffalo wings, the cheesy bread, which was what saved that platter, celery andfrench fries. The pizza quality, was near about the quality of a frozen walmart brand pizza, charged 45.00 for it. Along with 4drinks. And 2 cards for an hour of playtime. In my husband and my opinion. No. It wasnt worth the food. It be better to eatsomewhere else before hand. The girl that greeted us wasnt exactly happy but everyone has an off week, she was polite. Theladies that came in later were happy and communicative. The place was clean which i will give another star for that. Two starsbecause the hour of play time was worth it. I have been here 2x for birthday parties. My kids had a great time! The price for game card is definitely a fair price! I... usually take my kids to other arcades, but I like this one better! Safety is a priority and they are very secure here! For theprice of unlimited fames for a certain number of minutes, I would have easily doubled that price at a local arcade withoutunlimited games! Plus they sell a variety of pizza and drinks including beer! Win win! Read more
