We used to order a lot but haven't in a few months and today we ordered carry out for my husband's birthday. We ordered in... advance through the website for pick up. My husband arrived at the store and they claimed to never get the order, even though hereceived a confirmation email, and had to sit and wait. And then when the pizza was received, it only had 10 slices when weordered a giant and it should have had 12 slices. He went back in to verify he was given the correct size/order and theemployees said oh yeah it was just cut wrong, but the slices were already pretty thin and there's no way it could have been cutinto 12 slices, so pretty sure we were jipped on the size. We won't be coming back. We'll venture to a different location whenwe want mac n cheese pizza. Read more
I don't go to Cicis often but this recent experience it seems the price has gone up and the quality has gone down. The salad... looked dried out and not very fresh and tasted as bad as it looked. 5 out of 10 of their fountain drinks were out of orderduring my visit. I set my cups and salad on a table and went to get pizza and the busser had already took my cups and was tryingto clear the table before I had sat down with my pizza. They were not very busy at the time I was there so I ordered a wholepizza and they said it would be ready in 5 min, they did not let me know when it was actually ready and had set it out on theline, thus other people had gotten to some of it before I got some. Dessert bar was pretty bare, only scraps left the whole timeI was there. Overall not a very good experience but it could just be one of their off days. Read more
Clean establishment and what brought me to leave a review was the staff! Shout out to the staff because they were all so kind!... One example, I asked if they had high chairs and the lady at the front said yes. I figured I?d have to go search for where theyare but before we even got to our table fully another worker (young man) was coming over with the high chair for us. I was looking to dine in but the buffet was closing when I got there. It didn't dawn on me that they had a takeout service now.... And the friendly lady at the counter let me know that I can order one to go. Medium one topping (chicken) pizza. The onlycomplaint I can say is that the pizza needed some seasoning. Great place and it's pretty clean I'd say my only issue is some of the food was hard but they keep the bar full and the staff is... nice and it's a really kid friendly place they have a clean restrooms overall great environment even though I believe it'soverpriced. Read more
Affordable pizza buffet for sure. Salad, pizza and desserts were available and tasty. Custom pizza they made for me was yummy.... Overall good experience. Can be more hygiene and also on Labor Day 2021, they had some issue going between employees which iskinda uncomfortable. Read more
Great staff. All the way from the front counter all the way to the one busting tables. Very polite and helpful. Everything was... clean and nice. Bright and cheery. Now for the reason for not having 5 stars. The pizza sauce was not very flavorful, kind ofbland. There regular deserts tasted good but were a little under done. Read more
