Ordered takeaway but didn't get my full order. Got an order of cinnamon rolls, pumpkin rolls, and two orders of the pepperoni... pizza rolls. Didn't get the pumpkin rolls with the rest of my order, and the pizza rolls were undercooked and quite doughy. Verydisappointed. This location is pretty far from me but it was the only one that I noticed had the pumpkin rolls as anoption. Don't think I'll be ordering from this Cicis again. Read more
Don't know if the food was good. Walked in at 9:30 pm with every intention of eating quickly and being out at least 10 min... before closing time at 10pm. I told the employee 6 adults and 2 children. He told me that they were closing in 30 minutes anddid not ring me up. I said "do you want our business?" His long pause before saying "of course" told me all I needed to know.Close at 9:30 if you don't want any business after that. Read more
Ordered food online from this location. A large pizza and cinnamon rolls. Whoever served my food I can only assume used the same... gloves when serving the cinnamon rolls and the pizza. Once I got home almost every piece of my pizza has cinnamon roll glaze onit. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Definitely downhill over the last couple of years. It was a Saturday, there were maybe 30 people in there. It wasn't just that... it was a lunch rush or anything, but pizzas were not hot, pizzas were not ready and avaiable. Only prepared if you asked. It wasa dirty environment. Sad choice for food, especially when now it's about 13 bucks a person with a drink. Read more

I ask for the $3.99 deal for mon-wed but they didn't do it here. Then I was told that I need to ask before which I had done.... They said they could give refunds once charged. They charged me for wings in a different transaction and got on refund becausethey didn't have wings. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to start putting pizza and the noodles look burn. The tea dispensersprays around you so need to be careful. Don't come to this location. Cici's lots of location and give good service but not thisone. Read more
Pepperoni poppers are tiny, rolled globs of dough (most of them were raw in the middle) with a single pepperoni in each. One... pepperoni. Cinnamon rolls are also globs of greasy dough placed in the box icing side down. Who puts iced rolls upsidedown??!!! Will not return. Read more
