This is the best BBQ place I have visited. Today, while standing in line I meant a guy that drove from McKinney to come eat. The... food is magical the brisket melts in your mouth and the flavors of the meat explode in your mouth. I don?t have the words toexpress the greatness that comes from the frito beans and the Mac & cheese. Get there early because they sell out by one . Iappreciate that they don?t compromise the taste of the food just to have a mass amount of food. So get there early do the timestand in line it?s worth the wait. Dayne's has quickly become my favorite craft BBQ spot in North Texas! The BBQ is SO GOOOOD!! And let me tell you...that OG... Burger that people wait in line for...LEGIT! I couldn't stop eating it. I wish I had gotten another one! Also, the baconbrisket, prime brisket, jalapeno sausage, bourbon banana pudding...all terrific!! Dayne and his team are amazing! He greets youin line before they open...he even remembers a few faces. Can't wait for them to get the proper building up and running! Givethis place a try, I promise you won't be disappointed! As a Texas BBQ foodie, wanted to try Dayne's BBQ. Got there around 9:45am, the line was not too bad. Opens at 11am. The owners... were very good about explaining the allergens in their food. My kids have a lot of food allergies. I really appreciated theowners Ashley and Dayne taking time to explain. As far as the food. It is really good Texas BBQ. We ordered the sampler plateand everything from brisket, bacon brisket, ribs and sausages were fantastic. Good smoke flavor. Over all discernable tastebetween pork and beef items. Sides were really good. Beans, corn, coleslaw and potato salad. Ambiance was backyard like underthe trees with a good breeze. Decent bar. Worth a visit for bacon brisket and beef brisket. Read more
Phenomenal. By far the best BBQ AND sides I?ve ever had. I got the fatty brisket (which I prefer lean myself) and it was... excellent - absolute perfect balance of both & not overly fatty at all. I can?t tell u how much I don?t like ribs, and LOVEDthese. As u can c in the photo, the meat feel right off the bone. The blueberry Gouda sausage was TO DIE for, so unique &flavorful - I 100/10 recommend. The sides were amazing as well. I don?t like Mac and cheese but this was delicious and creamy(not wet). The apple slaw was so original and was a refreshing addition to all the meat. The beans I think were my favoriteside. Such great flavor, and the chili Fritos added an extra crunch I didn?t know I needed. I can?t say enough fabulous thingsabout this place, the owner, the atmosphere, and the live music. Must visit for Texas BBQ. Get a platter to try the ribs, sausage and brisket. Texan beef sausage was great. Beef brisket was a... highlight, bacon brisket also tender and flavoursome. Jumbo pork ribs were melt in the mouth. OG Burger is rich and juicy. Cornand mac sides complemented the meat well. Good beer selection and recommend the bloody Mary.
