I love this place! It's basically a Brazilian BBQ style restaurant that serves pizza. They have a wide variety of specialty... pizzas that are constantly being brought around, and the pieces are small enough that you can try everything before gettingfull. The drinks are spectacular, too! One reason I love this place is because it feels like a high end restaurant, but it isonly around $25 a plate! We love Delucca. During Covid in 2020 we were living in Dallas and used to order it all the time. They had this delicious pear... pizza that I was and am still obsessed with. Now living in Fort Worth and recently pregnant I was craving the pear pizza.Unfortunately, they had discontinued it from the menu. My husband decided to reached out to the Manager Fernanda, and she wasable to make it for me. She was so thoughtful and it was everything I imagined and more. This is gaucho style food. All you can eat pizza. Our server was great he was friendly, it did take a bit to get our check. They... also need to work on how to make a proper martini. Also their house margaritas weren’t bad but their homemade sweet and sourmix was more sweet than anything else and was undrinkable for me. The arugula salad was sensational. They also start you offwith meatballs which were some of the best I’ve had. Also, they bring out a lobster bisque which I don’t like lobster butthe flavor was out of this world. Dipping the crust of your pizzas bones in the bisque took it to a whole nother level. TheyHave a wide variety of pizzas including desert pizzas. They brought out this chocolate cake for a birthday with a gnarlysparkler candle. The spinach pizza, the truffle pizza, the Mexican street corn pizza was the best in my opinion. Service was fantastic for a first visit & all the varieties of pizza to try were delicious and unique. Met up with a friend on... a Friday night made a reservation the night before and we were immediately seated. They drink menu is awesome and enjoyed thepear martini, taste and visual appeal. Super good pizza, with very friendly wait staff. The variety and flavors are awesome. Lobster bisque, homemade bread and a... delicious meatball to start. Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine is a buffet that serves you a variety of different pizzas. I went here for the first time on a... Friday evening, and although the experience was nice, I wouldn't visit again. Upon being seated, you're served a Chef MadeLobster Bisque with Brandy, an Arugula Salad, and House Made Kobe Meatballs. You get a shot's worth of Lobster Bisque, a smallplate of Arugula Salad that you share between two people, and one Kobe meatball. Though the amount of appetizers you get is veryminimal, you'll get full on the pizza--after all, that's why you're there. Out of the 14 savory pizzas, we only liked ahandful, literally. The best pizza there, hands-down, is the Hot Sopressata, and it's the only pizza I would even want to tryagain. Because of that, it's also the only reason I would return which isn't worth it. The dessert pizzas were sweet andunique. It's not everyday when you get to eat dessert pizzas like this. My favorite is definitely the Nutella while my leastfavorite is the Romeo & Juliet. As for customer service, it's a bit different. Because I didn't order alcohol (but mysignificant other did, after I declined), I felt a change in our server's enthusiasm until my significant other mentioned hewould like some alcohol. I understand this is a place where people dine and wine, but I think it's unprofessional to practicallyforce someone to drink alcohol (when I don't like alcohol) to receive good service. In addition to this, our server only madesure we were fine for a few times; he also didn't let us know that we should flip our card over when we would like some pizzas.Yes, he did ask us if it was our first time but never mentioned it. Meanwhile, the server who was serving the table next to us,went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the pizzas we wanted to try and that everything was going smoothly. My family and I had an amazing experience at Delucca! The pizza was very delicious, and the drinks were extremely good. I really... loved the elote pizza and the dulce de leche desert pizza. Honestly I was a little disappointed in the beginning, I felt like we were in the most awkward, weirdest, left behind table in... the entire restaurant, right beside the kitchen in a corner. As we finished our salad, we waited quite a bit before the firstround of pizza could come around, it was a very busy night, I want to think it was that but we kept waiting for more. Anyway,after the restaurant started to get less busy that’s when we noticed more and more rounds of waiters coming around with pizza.So, all in all pizzas were very tasty, my fav was the spinach and I loved the guava, I tasted very delicious and high qualityingredients.
