First of all the dude is in there gaping over the food!! Are you serious? Lastly, the previous times I?ve ordered at this... location I asked a guy for plates and he gave the foil bowls no problem. This time I asked a different guy for them and he saidTHEY WERE OUT. I had to give myself second hand embarrassment because the lie was so bad. I called to place an order and got a call back saying delivery would take 2 hours, so I came in person and they said it'd take... 45 minutes. Probably because their employees are on their phones way too long in the kitchen, totally clean. Ended up gettingthe wrong pizza anyways. Definitely DON'T recommend this store. Read more
I tried several times to place an order online and by phone for someone to tell me they were having difficulty. So I got into my... car and drove to the closest Dominoes (around the corner), when I got there I told them of the difficulty I was having and theytold me they knew but I could place my order in person. I told the clerk what I was trying to order and the coupon I wanted touse, to be told that was an online special. After some very hangry discussion, the clerk with his"eye rolling and don't botherme attitude" finally gave me the price I requested. I asked for extra steak on my sandwich which I did not receive, in fact ithad hardly any meat or peppers or onions on it. I paid for bread! I also asked if someone would bring my order out to the carsince I was unable to get a curbside option and the clerk once again rolled his eyes but agreed. I have never experienced suchbad service from any establishment! The folks that are supposed to be working are standing around on their phones! Absolutelynot caring about customer service! Ridiculous!! And after reading the prior posts I can not imagine that I will be doingbusiness with this establishment again! Read more
If there would be an option of 0 stars, I'd prefer giving that over 1 star. Worst customer service / worst behavior. We... specifically ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sub. And, that was the first time we ordered something other than cheesy bread orpizza from Domino's. So, we were not sure if it comes in different sizes S/M/L. At first, we were asked to select a size, so wetold Mario to have one large and a medium sub. And, we were told to wait for 15 minutes. We waited in our car for that long,and when I went to ask for our order, we were served with Veggie Mediterranean Pizzas (Medium and Large) :( When we confrontedMario - the one who took our order was so rude. He even told us that they can prepare subs but they would charge us again. Hewas not even ready to admit his mistake and was so stubborn. I wonder why they have job openings all the time, they don'tprovide basic training on courtesy towards their customers. In the end, such employees get Domino's brand to a state where theywould be left with just one option. Train them well. Or Lose customers. Read more
Today, I got the worst experience I?ve ever had with Dominos, ordered a Large thin Spinach & Feta, and all I received was a... burnt pizza with no toppings on it (see picture). I can?t believe I received this horrible product. I don?t think the pizza Ireceived today represents the quality Dominos claimed to provide to customers. Very disappointed. Read more
Part of my order was the 12 piece bites specialty chicken- crispy bacon&tomatoes. When it arrive it was HALF EATEN! I don't... know if the people at the restaurant ate it or maybe sent half an order OR the delivery guy ate it, but it really doesn't matternow. I'm done with deliveries and delivery people. Just get in the car and go get it. Gonna save money and get better service.People just don't care anymore about service or quality. really look at these wings. you actually sent this out to a customer. the picture show they are covered in bbq. this they just... squirted some on the top. most of the wings have almost none. the pizza was also squished from the side. you guys dont even tryanymore. Read more
Bro, just order from somewhere else. It?s not worth the risk of either not getting food at all or not getting what you ordered.... I called because I stood in the door and watched the driver back out of the driveway and drive away in the time it took me tocome downstairs. They got an attitude and refused to give me a name and hung up on me. Three times. It?s literally been 50/50every time, I?m not risking it anymore. Good luck out there pizza lovers? Read more
