If I could make this a 0 then I would. I had a very long detailed account of tonight but lost the post. Busy mom... syndrome. Bottom line, *Driver's didn't knock or if he did... it wasn't heard. And instead of putting in any effort he left iton the porch. ( I was in kitchen with window facing street, daughter on couch in living room, dog in front room. Nobody heardthis "knock" *By the time my son check with the door open, the pizza was cold. * I call to confirm that traditional delivery waswhat I wanted, expressed my disappointment and was met with dismissive and accusatory comment.. "when people knock on my door, I answer it" what was that? If we had heard it then we would have answered it. *husband gets on line and asks for the managerand as he is expressing his disappointment she hangs up on us. We have been customers of this location for almost 10 years.This is not the customer service that we are accustomed to. We will not be back. We have been ordering pizza from here for years. I called and had the manager hang up on me. They didn't knock on the door they... just left the pizza on the porch. Pizza cold just like the manager. What has happened to customer service. I believe we shouldnot put up with business like this. Watauga and North Richland hills should stop using this domino's pizza. Worst experience. Will never ever use them again. Read more

Store 6947 - This is how both of our pizzas were just delivered. Called the store to complain and got hung up on. Took the... pizzas back to the store and was met with unbelievable unprofessionalism. They told me they wouldn?t refund my money, wouldn?tgive me the manager?s name or district manager?s name. It went down hill from there. There is so much more to this debacle butI?ve already wasted an hour of my life that I can?t get back. Also, I didn?t think a business could prop their employee entranceopen so anyone can use it. I was already inside the store before an employee told me I had used their entrance and had to goback out and enter through the customer entrance. I also don?t think its sanitary to allow female employees to have long, dirtynails in a food industry business. Read more

I don?t like leaving negative reviews, but this dominoes location has gone down hill. This last order did it for me. Made an... order and when we got past the delivery time marker I tried to check the app. The app informs me, I hope you?re enjoying yourorder. I was confused as I didn?t have my order. So I go check outside and there?s my order sitting in the cold. I had nonotification, no knock, no door bell nothing. I tried to call only to placed on hold for long time and eventually had to hangup. NOT good service. Read more

I placed an order online for 16 piece bbq wings, 16 piece parm bites, medium pepperoni, beef, onion, and black olive THIN crust.... 2litre bags, and garlic dipping sauce. When I got my order it was a hand tossed. I called the store. At first she couldn't findthe order. She put me on hold, came back and told me I had ordered thin crust. I told her on my end it showed thin crust on theorder and she argued and told me there was nothing she could do. I have had some issues before with this store but they havebeen resolved. I have never been talked to rude like she did tonight. When I asked for her name she refused to give it. Iwas told I needed to call the 1 800 number. I have been ordering from this store for 10 years. I'm sure you don't care. AllI wanted was my order done right. I went back to the online order page to screen shot my order and all of a sudden it won't letme pull it up. It says there is a problem. This happened after I got off the phone with her. You remember that whole ad campaign where they talked about not putting skimpy toppings on their pizza? We?ll they must have... fired that guy. Never again. I?ll just buy pizza from the lovely local pizza shops around here and go pick it up. It?s sodisheartening to get a couple of crusts brushed with sauce and a few bits of cheese on it. Read more

So update.. I took 3 stars away because I got a pizza that looks like the photo below. I did not open the box till I got home..... I asked for thin crust and half cheese half chicken,spinach. Green peppers , black olives and mushrooms. As you can see it lookslike someone just threw topping on top and cooked it.. not to mention no then crust. When I was at the register, I was handed aFanta and a rootbeer, I said three times diet coke and rootbeer. Really disappointed... I mean I'd expect this from pizza hut,but not you guys. Read more

Ordered three large pizzas at 8:18pm today didn't get delivered until 10:25pm and have been on hold for the last 20 minutes to... speak to a manager. Not only did it take two hours, but it was cold and our pizza had no sauce. It's hard, not fresh at all.Even my kids won't eat it. I want a full refund! We will never order from Domino's again as we don't have an option oflocations. Update: After spending nearly an HOUR on hold to speak to a manager he told me I ordered the pizza without sauce(completely untrue) when he realized that was incorrect he then had the audacity to tell me "I am the only one in the kitchen,I made your pizza and know that there is sauce (we ordered 3 large pizzas) and I was welcome to bring the pizzas at almost 11pmat night to the store so he could inspect them himself. I have three kids. There is no way Im driving anywhere after spendingalmost 45 dollars to prove my order was incorrect. After he argued with me for another 15 minutes he finally refunded my money.We will NEVER order from Domino's again, especially if it has to be this location. The Manger was extremely rude, unapologetic,made every excuse in the world and then wanted me to DRIVE TO THE STORE TO PROVE NO SAUCE WAS ON IT.
