Can't pay at pickup. They require you pay over the phone. I'm not giving my credit card info to someone over the ohone who's not... even from that store. It's a hotline. I live a mile away and you've lost my business permanently because I can't just pay aftergetting my pizza. You want me to pay up front even though I'm picking it up. No thanks. I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad at 6:07 and the barely warm pizzas came over 2 HOURS later at... 8:11!!! I did not get the salad, instead they brought me a small pepperoni pizza. I called several times and each time theywould put me on hold and never come back, even from the call center! Pizza arrived almost 2 hrs late after placing order. Pizza was cold and they didn?t have my drink with my with my cold pizza.... Driver tells me they didn?t have anymore drinks and I tipped before delivery since I didn?t have cash on me. They never answerthe phone either. Read more
Order placed at 7:17 PM, quality checked at 7:24 PM, but didn't get delivered until after 9 PM?! Almost a 2 hour wait. Some of... the food was warm while the others were cold.
