My very first time eating at Genghis Grill (35W & Western Center Blvd) in Ft Worth. I was not impressed by the service. The... waitress took our orders but we were served by 3 different individuals. Once we got served no one bothered to ask if we'd likeanother drink or how the food tasted. Only until we were done eating another individual dropped off the check and left. I paidcash but they did not have change and took a while for the cashier to get it together and return with my change. No tip was leftbecause too many different individuals were serving us. Not recommended unless you are going to just eat and have one drink withno refills. Poor customer service especially when the establishment was not busy. Read more
They gave my daughter a rotten and stinky Mac and Cheese. Plus, our Old Fashioned drinks took forever to come out because they... couldn't find bourbon. At least, the manager comped everything, including the alcohol. Read more
If you eat here, it may live up to their reputation. I don't know. I've gotten 2 Door Dash orders. Both large bowls. They do... not give you a full large bowl at this location but they charge you for it. Food was great, quantity was not worth the $30 Ipaid for it. Read more
