40+ minutes after pizza is out of the oven (according to tracker) I call the store to get update. Pizza is still in store... waiting for their 1 driver to get back and then deliver a group of orders that are also waiting (this from the person whoanswered the phone) Get quoted ?about another 30 minutes? This dominos is extremely slow. If you place an order between 6-8 pm, be prepared to wait 2 hours AND THATS FOR PICKUP. in... addition the people answering the phones are pretty rude. If you order thin crust, be prepared for burnt pizza. Bon apetit! Amonth later today11/19/22. Ordered a few pizzas at 5:46 pm. Still waiting at 8:14 pm. Take the time you want to eat, subtract3.5 hours and you should be eating on time. Read more

This location FAILED to provide quality service. Used the Dominoes app at approx 5:15pm. My pizza was in quality check at... 5:43pm. Called Dominoes number to check status at 6:15pm and was transferred. No one answered at store. After 3 more attempts tocall, I drove to the location and arrived at 7pm. AND my phone was still on hold. The associates weren?t answering the phone! Mypizza was there. Associate said they had 1 driver and 3 were behind the counter. I got a credit and left the pizza. Dominoesfailed and this happened a few months ago to me. I realize everyone has a bad day. Not trying for a third strike. I moved myorder to Papa John?s. I will not use Dominoes Pizza again. Someone said it best?something is off at this Dominos. Been ordering here for over a year and it has never changed, so... management must not care. *edit - I put this review after waiting for our pizza for one hour and 20 min. It?s now been almost 3hours and no pizza, and the store will not answer the phone for the last hour and a half. This is terrible! Honestly making menot ever want to even mess with Dominos all together anymore. Finally got the store to answer after 2 hours (and 3.5 hoursafter pizza ordered), I was literally told that the driver checked out and went home and just didn?t deliver my pizza. Yet noone called. Do not order from here. They are the worst waited an hour and a half no pizza was delivered. Told me driver left at my door and... it wasn't. I have ring camera showing proof. I was upset on the phone so they guy tells me he can cancel my order and blacklistme. Now I'm blacklisted my call won't go through. Must add I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I go to this Domino's 95% of the time. Like their pizzas. But they are a little slow sometime. I always do Curbside Pickup... because I am disabled. They've run way past the estimated time to pick up on several occasions. One time I sat there for almostan hour before my pizza was brought out. That particular time they blamed it on a system error that did not let them know I wasthere. They gave out a lot of free pizzas that night, for the next time you placed an order. I really think this store is shortstaffed, so they can't help running late when it gets busy. I hardly ever choose delivery because had several tries with that,and it took forever to get my pizza. Picked up 2 pizzas and both were way overcooked, looked disgusting and could not eat them! Went back to the store and no one in... the store would even acknowledge that we were there and complaining! No store manager would even talk to us! Read more

The McPherson store in Fort Worth,TX has the worst customer service.I never received my delivery after waiting 2 hours. I... called and was placed on a 10 minute hold. After holding I requested to speak with the manager. At that point the male statedhis name was Nino and he was the manager on duty. I informed him of the issue and my family had waited 2 hours and 40 minutesfor pizza with no call back or text message indicating anything. I asked about the pizza status and how would this ill handleissue would be resolved. The manager stated he had no available drivers and 4 pizza orders ahead of mine. He stated he wouldcancel the order. I agreed and asked for my order to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded, his response was haste andhe stated in 2 to 3 business days and disconnected the call. This kind of inconvenience and being inconsiderate equates to thepoorest of customer service, something I hadn't experienced with Domino's but this particular location has failed consistentlyeach time I have visited and purchased from this location. Please do what is necessary for business because the currentoperation method in regards to customer service is not good. Read more
