Simple question... what is wrong with the staff? I've been there a few times and not impressed mainly by the person who was... usually at the drive thru window(kinda grumpy), but today was just wow! I had to roll my window up because the staff was talkingvery loudly about who was not wearing underwear includig reasons why, who was on ther menstrual cycle, and reasons to take boricacid. I understand you like your co-workers and feel comfortable talking to them, but why infront of customers? Isn't that whatbreaks and break rooms for? Read more
Has become my boyfriend's and I's go to place for cheap coffee, we always go inside for faster service, drive-thru can sometimes... be slow depending on the time and date. We definitely enjoy getting coffee before heading to work, I especially enjoy theirpumpkin spice! Their donuts however aren't nearly as tasty Read more
No one in line except myself, was almost 10 minutes before they even spoke to me through the drive through, another 5 for them... to even open the window to take my card, and another 10 to get my coffee and sandwich. Ordered the maple bacon sandwich and theegg was ALMOST frozen it was so cold. Terrible experience. Not the first bad experience I've had at this dunkin either. Read more
Wished I would have read the reviews before ordering from here. I used Uber eats. I ordered a dozen donuts only 10 are in the... box. I ordered k cups which did not come with my order. Thankfully Uber eats makes it easy to get a refund. The donuts weredisgusting I spit most of them out and tossed them in the trash. Read more
Drive thru took FOREVER! I watched the three people who were in front of me and they only ordered a single drink. Once you... pull into the drive thru you are stuck as there is a concrete curb with a drop off if you attempt to exit. I was stuck in linefor almost 15 min for a single coffee. The staff was not friendly at all and were disinterested in their job. I will not bereturning to Dunkin Doughnuts ever again. I doubt this location lasts very long. Read more
Coffee here is great. Unfortunately the staff drove me away. They handed me the wrong order four times this morning. They handed... me the same iced coffee that they just put cold foam on it. For a brown sugar cold foam, cold brew coffee. I come her three tofour times a week. They have one employee that acknowledges me saying thank you at the drive through. He is blonde and young.Everyone else hands the coffee and slams the window back. They didn?t give me a receipt. I have had enough, Starbucks is closerto me anyways. Worst. How do you so much wrong here when it's so simple? Ordered a ham and cheese roller (it comes with 2) ; got a... hame/egg/cheese Flatbread thibf (it came with 1) Ordered a Bavarian donut; got a Boston creme... when I told the lady- she said"is it not filled"..oh um I'm sure it is but it's a Boston creme.. also, was not aware that you were able to serve and presentdonuts in just a single sliced bag; usually DD provides it with the gray sleeve from when it was picked up and placed into abrown bag...the parking lot is small but the drive thru is narrow. .the customer service itself would turn anyone away. Won?t be going back to this location. We?ll stick to the one on beach. The girl who took our order was rude and kept asking me... if that was all. I hate bad customer service.
