Are you kidding! Amazing. The service was outstanding. I would say this beats Starbucks completely. The service was AWESOME. I... did not get the man that helped us name but he had blonde curly hair. Man this place is awesome. I been here so many times and I?ve notice that they are very good with new people, of course all... people. Today Anna went beyond to meet this customers expectations looked like they are Starbucks consumers. Anna also wrotesomething on the lid of the cup that made the lady very happy and appreciative of the kindness of Anna. It?s awesome to see thisin person. First time trying Dutch Bros and I ordered Iced Golden Eagle w/ soft top and extra caramel drizzle. It was good! The staff are... very friendly and give you recommendations. The Saginaw Dutch Bros always does amazing, and they always give me the greatest service but today they really outdid ... themselves. I pulled into the drive thru and immediately apologized for the monstrosity I was about to order (Large sugar free,fat free iced 911 with sugar free caramel and extra sweet... ITS BEEN A DAY). They were like "don't even worry, we gotchu".Service took a few minutes (but again... monstrosity...) but was still pretty quick. Service was amazing as always. And eventhough I already love their coffee, today's was probably the best one yet. Read more
The pros- Friendly staff. Convenient location. Drinks always consistent and tasty. The cons - Long waits. No order ahead... feature available (like other similar competitors). Ask for light ice and get a cup 3/4 full of ice. Read more
I drank all three sips of my iced chai only to find it almost gone and almost entirely ice. The iced tea I ordered turned out to... be some carbonated beverage instead of what i ordered. It was unsweetened and terribly sour. This was over 12 dollars for twomedium sized drinks. The guy taking my order nearly leaned into my car to ask if I would like to tip and "of course itscompletely voluntary," I was going to anyway on the app. They said if your drink isn't right "just come back" because it's thatsimple and I am available to wait another 20 minutes. I'd really love to give Dutch Bros a 5* rating, but I just can't any more. It's still good, the earning points toward a free... drink is great, the stickers are fun but mostly useless to collect (as you can only show 1 at a time), but it's justinconsistent. Sadly, I've watched them make drinks and use measurement tools to get the "correct" amounts of flavor, toppings,and etc. ; but, for some reason, they're still not consistent from day to day. Yes, I'm referring to the same drink ordered 2+days in a row, and it doesn't matter if it's flavored coffee, flavored lemonade, or flavored rebel; it's great one day, and thenext it tastes bland to barely flavored (sometimes in reverse order). Fix the consistency Issues, and you've got a solidstanding that would be hard to beat! UPDATE: the service lowered the score a bit for me, too. The people are still great, butit takes entirely too long to get your order, whether at the walk up window or in the drive through. It should never take 20-30minutes after placing an order to receive your order at a quick coffee shop. Had a potential new customer with me that said, "They will never earn my business if it takes this long to get a coffee!" First impressions are extremely important to potentialnew customers, and to the loyal customers trying to share and promote your business. Read more
