After a half dozen attempts giving the benefit of the doubt I have given up on this location. Near 30 min waits or more with... only one person in front of you?received wrong items multiple times and bagels are typically cold as well? the sheerincompetence of this place is profound and baffling and they always have plenty of staff. How this location maintains this highof a rating is unbelievable. Do not come hear unless you want to wait half hour for the wrong order that will still be cold. Read more

I ordered bagels and a TUB of schmear. A TUB of schmear is $6. They forgot to give me my schmear. So I go back, and order only... TWO TUBS of schmear, so they cannot possibly mess it up, right? Wrong. They give me two tiny 2 individual size sides of schmear,for $12. Complete waste of my morning. Couldn't even eat my bagels because they are incapable of giving me the schmear for them. Absolutely incredible! I would give 10 stars if I could, today was my first time trying Einstein Bros. Bagels and I will... definitely be back! I arrived a bit late so I couldn't get veggies or any special ingredients but it was still some of the bestbreakfast I've had in a while! I ordered 4 drinks and when I went back in for a fith one they didn't charge me! They said it wasa gift for my first time visiting, can't wait for my next breakfast at Einstein Bros. Bagels! Want a bagel in the morning? Make sure to leave the house an hour early. I've never waited in a drive thru line for so long. The... worst part, after a 20 min wait I finally made it to the front to order only to be told to wait. I had literally no one in frontof me and they still took forever just to take my order. Pull up to the window and paid. Get handed a bag with items missingthe kid at the window simply said I didn't hear you. Out of fear of dying of old age in the line while waiting I just left. Getto work, bagel is cold and not toasted. How this place maintains 4 stars is beyond me. And for the record they are notunderstaffed they had like 4 or 5 people behind the counter. I threw caution to the wind and figured maybe this place hasimproved. Nope, 15 min in the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order. I asked for a chorizo sunrise they gave me a burrito iasked for one cinnamon raisin bagel toasted nothing on it, they put smear on it. I ordered double baked hash browns and theywhere absolutely not in the bag. For a company to be this incompetent and have the gull to put Einstein in the name it out ofthis world. Good food, my breakfast was tasty and well made. A bit slow getting it out, maybe because there were three of us all ordering... about the same thing. I also had their orange juice and it was good (had two). My negatives, are no DrPepper options in thedrink department, and the corporate decision to stop carrying their best eats a bear claw like pastry. Read more
