Other than the fact that they had few options, the cashier was extremely rude when we were ordering as if we were stoping her... from her job and as I was trying to pay with the funds in my App! She said ?we don?t do that stuff here? and waved me off. Afterpaying, we went to sit down (wife, my 2yo, and me) and she yelled ?only 2 per table!? When I stated I was sitting her on my lap,she said no, only two per table. I asked for manager and she said they didn?t have one. Then she said that was hospital?spolicy. Then what is she trying to enforce? It was even more upsetting when her demeanor changed when serving another?African-American? lady like herself. Yes, I felt belittled to the fact I?m not black. Asked for a drink that was on their menu with an extra shot of vanilla but was told to go across the street because they didn?t... do that here.. Asked for something else from their menu and was told the same thing again. Poor customer service and was rude. Itook my order of 8 people across the street. ???????? Read more
Use to be really great, but!!! Very few cranberries n buns, same with blue berries. Put the fruit back in!!

Just bring back the french toast bagel. Coffee is ok. Side treats are yummy. I really just go for their perfectly made bagels.... They are the only place I have found in TX that makes bagels correctly. Read more
Overpriced and not that flavorful bacon is thin sheets of cooked tasteless meat .I think most of the money involved is in the... pretty packaging and a huge sheets of aluminum that they wrap your food in they also have coffee that an Army could march onwhich could be a good thing for some people. I spent $7.57 and I don't believe I got my money's worth under $5 would have beenmore acceptable in my opinion. Read more
