I used their mobile app and this store when I called to make sure my order was ready said no order received although my card was... charged and I had a confirmation. It was for a meeting so I ordered over the phone with my card again as the manager told me iwould have to request s refund from the app. When I went to pick up the order there were two orders and Brandon the manager saidsince I requested a refund through the app I would need to wait a week to make sure s refund wasn?t issued. If not to just callhim and her would refund. Even wrote his name and contact on the receipt and stated all on his own you just need to call me noneed to have to come back up her. 10 days later I called him as I had heard nothing from my request which had to been done viathe website as the app does not have a way to contact anyone. Brandon when I called 10 days later stated ?sorry you will haveto bring your bill and receipt up here? when I ask why he had said on his own that I just needed to call him not drive the 40miles back there. Brandon stated how do I know you were really charged even though he had seen the confirmation and order. WhenI ask why he lied his only response was he was mistaken and that?s all he could do because the app didn?t work right a lot. Eventhough that bagel store received the money from the order as they DID receive it. This manager is some how taking money orinventory it appears. Also didn?t even know customers can?t contact customer service by phone only email which they neverrespond. Refused to give me the general manager contact info ?for security reasons? Beware of Einstein Bagels. If you look themup they have terrible service reviews and CEO surveys and have made it extremely hard to contact anyone. Not sure what they aretrying to hide. Read more
I've been here several times, today I learned to make sure you check your sandwich before leaving. I got the Texas brisket... bagel.... For two of them it was almost $20. The bottom of the bagel was cut so thin that it fell apart making the sandwichalmost inedible unless you were planning to get covered in toppings. For such an expensive item it should be made with a littlemore care. Just wanted to try something new this morning with my delivery associate, he's never been here.... Absolutely delicious. I love this place. Best bagel sandwiches. My favorite has to be the Farmhouse.
Love the product! Love the food. But avoid THIS location. I went three days in a row , poor service, extremely slow , and got... my order wrong all three time. Friday 7/15 , ordered and paid for Turkey sausage , egg white , and cheese on onion bagel and amed roast coffee. Instead, got hazelnut coffee and just egg and cheese bagel (missing the sausage). And took 35 minutes. 7/16, ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one was supposed to be bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel. Instead got a sausage egg andcheese on a plain bagel , second sandwich, I ordered onion bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese and instead I goteverything bagel with turkey sausage, egg white and no cheese. Slow service and rude at the drive through. Third times a charmright ? Today 7/17. Guess it was better. But I ordered Onion bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese. Instead gotturkey sausage, cheese and egg ( not egg whites). And 32 minutes wait. And they were rude at the drive through again. Justthe worst location ever. They just do not care. Read more
Messed up my order now their making me wait it?s been over 20 minutes now. If you mess up an order then the remake should be... immediately made. Charged me for extra and I didn?t receive extra. Asked to be toasted it wasn?t toasted. Can a manager checkbefore the food is sent out In order for us all not to waste time. They remade my order which was great thank you guys for that! Read more
I?m sad to write this review. Terrible service. My boyfriend and I went to the drive-thru on New Years Day. I was in the... hospital New Years Eve.. so it made this even worse. After a long 25 minutes in line, we got to the window, paid and didn?t fussabout the wait. A few minutes later, the girl came back to the window and said she needed our bank card again, insisting thepayment never went through. My boyfriend asked why they didn?t notice that earlier? At this point we?ve waited over 30 minutes,we still didn?t receive our coffee or food, and they are asking for us to pay again. We asked how long until the order isready.. as we considered leaving. The girl said they still didn?t make it because they were short staffed, it was a simplecoffee and 2 bagels. She was so irritated to be there, she spit while talking to us! After all of this, we were still kind. Wereceived no apologies. In fact she was angry, while we were patient. We just had a terrible night in the hospital and tried tokeep positive. As we drove away, I unwrapped my food to see I was given a seeded bagel instead of the plain bagel I ordered. Icouldn?t eat seeds at that time. After all of the hassle, I didn?t get to have breakfast, and we had a long ride ahead. One ofthe worst experiences I?ve had. And it was the first day of the New Year. Read more
This is a very nice and new Einstein Bros. Bagels. My food and drink was made to order and the staff was very friendly. My... complaint though is I came in instead of using the drive thru because my son was awake and I didn't want to sit in the drivethru for to long. The food I ordered came out very quickly (a to go order) but it took almost 10 minutes to get a small coffee.That is just way too long for having 5 people behind the counter and me being the only one there. If I had realized it was goingto be take that long I would not have ordered the coffee. Read more
First time ever going there, actually had a perfect breakfast it was so good I was hungry but not hungry and it hit the spot I... was thirsty but not thirsty and I got a cup of coffee it was great it was pretty fast service before I drive through when it'spouring down rain Read more
