Mexican restaurant in a strip mall with limited parking. They specialize in enchiladas and have a wide selection available. All... the enchiladas we tried were very good, as were the nachos. I ordered the brisket enchiladas with Santa Fe sauce. The brisket was tough and flavorless. The tortilla was gummy. I ended up... pulling the filling out. There was absolutely nothing spicy about the Santa Fe sauce. I had heard such hype about this place,but what I got was a plate of over processed, bland food. I will not be back. Read more
The food was so delicious! I can't wait to go back. We went during lunch and it was like magic, we were in and out in less than... an hour, and didn't feel rushed. Everyone was friendly and I can't say enough of how wonderful the food was! One of my coworkershad the Keto friendly plate and truly enjoyed it- the one with avacado. I don't have a picture of it, but the Key Lime wasamazing and I'm picky about my Key Lime pie.? The price was so worth the amount of food you get. It's not expensive at all. This was our first time and we were truly excited. I absolutely love sour cream enchiladas but these?umm were practically a glob... of sour cream baked and sprinkled with cheese. It ended up being clotted sour cream. Gross. The queso was hardened over when wereceived it and it was flavorless. We spent $50 and regret it. Not sure if they are behind on wait staff too but I know most ofthe patio complained because of that. That could be because of the pandemic tho and we came at 2pm. The seating outside is nicebut the paint used on the tables and chairs didn?t seem like the correct kind. Everything was sooo sticky. Why a 2 star then?Because the rice and beans were super yummy!!! After many months of hearing glowing reviews of the enchiladas at Enchiladas Olé, I decided it was time for a visit! We came... on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of seating options. The inside is casual with two sides for dining. You do get awaiter although I think ordering at the counter would be easier since the menu is limited. We ordered the keto plate and themole enchiladas with brisket instead of chicken. We were served chips and salsa but I knew if I ate those, I wouldn't be hungryenough for my meal! My mole enchiladas with brisket were fantastic. It was the best mole sauce I had in a long time and Ireally appreciated the rice because it wasn't dry and overcooked like many places do it. I enjoyed my meal and recommend themole plate with brisket instead of chicken- super flavorful. Even though I enjoyed my meal and I know the food is made freshevery day, I found the prices to be a little high. My mole enchiladas were $16.95 and the keto plate was $15.95. Because of thehigh prices, I will likely go elsewhere for a different ambience if I plan to pay that much per plate. Now, if you are totallyfine with these prices, then go ahead and visit Enchiladas Olé especially if you want good brisket mole enchiladas :) Read more
Tried this place on a last minute decision and it was worth it! Service was very fast and attentive. Our server was great, we... didnt even have to ask for refills cause he was on it. Food was delicious, from the warm chips, fresh salsa and queso to thehuge plates of enchiladas. This place is going to be one to visit often. Read more
